Բավականին լավ կազմակերպված ընտրություններից եւ դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնող խմբերի գնահատականից կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Հայաստանի հետ կապված որեւէ խնդիր չկա, որը կարող էր լինել խոչընդոտ հավանաբար արդեն նոյեմբերին Հայաստան-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման համար: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:

«ԵԱՀԿ երկարաժամկետ առաքելությունն իր նախնական զեկույցը հրապարակեց, որն ընդհանուր առմամբ ավելի դրական էր, քան վերջին եզրափակիչ զեկույցները: Կարելի է ասել, որ չափից ավելի դրական արձագանքներ եղան, եւ ԵԱՀԿ կողմից նշված ամենակարեւոր տարրն այն էր, որ ասվել է ընտրությունների ժամանակ մարդու հիմնարար ազատություններն ապահովելու մասին:  Տեխնիկապես եւս դրական են գնահատել այս ընտրությունները: Այս ընտրությունները բավականին դրական եւ կարեւոր հիմք են Հայաստան-ԵՄ պայմանագրի ստորագրման համար»,-ասաց քաղաքագետը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ զեկույցում նշված հատվածը, որում ասվում է քաղաքական ուժերի կողմից վարչական ռեսուրսի օգտագործման, ընտրակաշառքների ձեւաչափի մասին, աշխատակիցների վրա տարբեր կազմակերպությունների ազդեցության մասին, բացատրվում է նրանով, որ գործատուների մեծ մասը նաեւ հանդիսացել են ռեյտինգային քվեարկության մասնակիցներ եւ հետեւաբար օգտագործել են բոլոր լծակները:

Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կայացան ապրիլի 2-ին: Ըստ ընտրությունների արդյունքների՝ առաջիկա խորհրդարանում լինելու է 4 քաղաքական ուժ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցություն, «Ծառուկյան» եւ «ԵԼՔ» դաշինքներ, Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն: 

Ընտրությունների միջազգային դիտորդական առաքելության կազմում ընդգրկված էր 450 դիտորդ 42 երկրներից, այդ թվում` ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի կողմից գործուղված 340 երկարաժամկետ և կարճաժամկետ դիտորդ, ԵԱՀԿ ԽՎ-ի 66 խորհրդարանական և աշխատակազմի անդամ, 24-ը՝ ԵԽԽՎ-ից և 13-ը՝ ԵԽ-ից:
