Ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր կայքերը շարունակում են արգելափակված մնալ

Արդեն մի քանի օր է, ինչ արգելափակված են ադրբեջանական մի շարք անկախ  ԶԼՄ-ների կայքեր:

Այս մասին  հայտնում է ադրբեջանական azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությունը:

Մարտի 27-ից սկսած արգելափակված ընդդիմադիր կայքերի շարքում են գտնվում MeydanTV-ի, «Ազատություն» թերթի, «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի կայքերը:

Միջազգային փորձագետների և կազմակերպությունների կարծիքով կայքերի արգելափակման պատճառը Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների պատվերով կատարված կիբեր հարձակումներն են:

Amnesty International մարդու իրավունքների կազմակերպությունը և VirtualRoad.org կայքը գրում են, որ վերջին ամիսներին ընդդիմադիր կայքերի վրա կատարված կիբեր հարձակումները  կատարվել են նույն IP հասցեից:

VirtualRoad.org կայքի փոխանցմամբ՝ Ադրբեջանական ընդդիմադիր կայքերը յուրաքանչյուր 15 րոպեն դիտարկվում և ստուգվում են Ադրբեջանի կառավարության համար աշխատող հատուկ կիբեր խմբերի կողմից, իսկ Amnesty International-ը ընդգծում է, որ այդ խմբերը վիրուսային ծրագրեր են տարածում հայտնի ընդդիմադիր ակտիվիստների, լրագրողների և իրավապաշտպանների կայքերում:

Մարտի 27-ին azadliq.info լրատվական գործակալությանը հայտնել է, որ արգելափակվել են ադրբեջանական «Ազատություն թերթի», «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի և  meydan.tv-ի կայքերը:

Գործակալությունը նշել էր, որ այս կայքերն արգելափակվել են միայն Ադրբեջանի տարածքում, իսկ Ադրբեջանի սահմաններից դուրս օգտատերերը կարողանում են օգտվել կայքերից:

Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները շարունակական հետապնդումների են ենթարկում, ինչպես ընդդիմադիր գործիչներին և լրագրողներին, այնպես էլ ընդդիմադիր գործունեություն ծավալող և իշխանությունների ապօրինությունները մերկածցնող ԶԼՄ-ներին, այդպիսով ցանկանալով երկրում լռեցնել այլակարծությունը և իշխանություններին հակասող ցանկացած կարծիք:
