Ինչպես մեծացնել շուրթերն առանց վիրահատական միջամտության

Տարիքի հետ շուրթերն «անհետանում» են։ Պատճառն այն է, որ բերանի կողքի մկանները շատ են լարվում։ Սովորաբար այս խնդրին առնչվում են այն մարդիկ, որոնք լարված ու սթրեսային կյանքով են ապրում։ Եթե չլարվեք, այս խնդիրը չի առաջանա, սակայն հաճախ սթրեսի ենթարկվելու դեպքում այն կարող է լուրջ հետևանքներ թողնել։ Լարվածությունից բերանի մկանները ձգվում են։ Արդյունքում շուրթերը բարակում են։
Նույնիսկ ամենաբարակ շուրթերը կարելի է փարթամ դարձնել, եթե ճիշտ ազդեցություն ունենաք բերանի մկաններին։ Այդ պատճառով էլ վիրահատական կամ կոսմետոլոգիական միջամտությունները միակ լուծումը չեն։

2. Սկսեք ժպիտ նկարել։ Մատները զգուշությամբ հեռացրեք ու մոտեցրեք։
3. Նույն կերպ մատները դրեք վերին շուրթքի վերևում։
4. Մի քանի անգամ կրկնեք վարժությունը և ավարտեք ներքևի շուրթի վրա։
