Բրիտանացի մարզիկ Մարկ Բոմոնդը մտադիր Է 80 օրում հեծանվով կատարել շուրջերկրյա ճանապարհորդություն եւ համաշխարհային ռեկորդ սահմանել: Այդ մասին հայտնել Է Guardian թերթը:
Հեծանվի թամբիկի վրա բրիտանացին մտադիր Է անցկացնել 75 օր, երեք օր նա մտադիր Է ծախսել թռիչքների վրա եւ եւս մի քանի օր թողնել չնախատեսված հանգամանքների համար: Ամեն օր, ինչպես ենթադրվում Է, հեծանվորդն անցնելու Է 240 մղոն (386 կիլոմետր), երթուղու ընդհանուր երկարությունը կկազմի 18 հազար մղոն (շուրջ 29 հազար կիլոմետր):
Բոմոնդը պլանավորում Է իր ճանապարհորդությունն ապրիլի 2-ին սկսել Փարիզում: Այնտեղից նա Պեկին կուղեւորվի Լեհաստանով, Լիտվայով, Ռուսաստանով ու Մոնղոլիայով: Այնուհետեւ նա մտադիր Է կտրել-անցնել Ավստրալիան, Նոր Զելանդիան եւ ԱՄՆ-ը:
«Ես այդ մասին երազել եմ երկար տարիներ»,-խոստովանել Է հեծանվորդը: «Ես կցանկանայի այս ճանապարհորդությամբ վստահություն ներշնչել մարդկանց, որպեսզի նրանք մարտահրավեր նետեն իրենց հնարավորություններին, որպեսզի, օրինակ, երիտասարդները մի պահ կանգ առնեն եւ մտածեն. «Իսկ ինչպիսին են իմ 80 օրերը»,-հավելել Է նա:
Ավելի վաղ Բոմոնդը հեծանվով արդեն կատարել Է շուրջերկրյա ճանապարհորդություն, 2008 թվականին նա համաշխարհային ռեկորդ Է սահմանել՝ երկրի շուրջն անցնելով 195 օրում: Ընթացիկ ռեկորդը 2015 թվականին սահմանել Է նորզելանդացի մարզիկ Էնդրյու Նիկոլսոնը, երբ երկրագունդը հեծանվով անցել Է 123 օրում, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
