«Եվրատեսիլ»-ի ռուսական pre-party-ին կմասնակցեն ինը երկրների ներկայացուցիչներ

«Եվրատեսիլ» երգի միջազգային մրցույթի պաշտոնական ռուսական pre-party-ն տեղի կունենա ապրիլի 21-ին Մոսկվայի Vegas City Hall-ում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է համերգային հարթակի մամուլի ծառայությունը:
«Երկրպագուներին իրենց երգերը կներկայացնեն ինը երկրներից մրցույթի մասնակիցներ. նրանց թվում՝ Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Յուլյա Սամոյլովան»,-ասված Է տեղեկագրում:
 
Կազմակերպիչները հիշեցրել են, որ Ուկրաինա Սամոյլովայի մուտքի արգելքի շուրջ ստեղծված իրադրությունը, որտեղ այս տարի տեղի Է ունենալու ստուգատեսը, հասարակական բուռն արձագանք Է առաջացրել: Հաջակցություն ռուսաստանցի երգչուհու հանդես կգան Բուլղարիայից, Հունաստանից, Մոլդովայից, Իսրայելից, Ադրբեջանից, Հայաստանից, Շվեյցարիայից եւ Իտալիայից «Եվրատեսիլի» մրցույթի մասնակիցները: 
 
Համերգին կմասնակցեն նաեւ ռուսաստանցի աստղեր եւ ստուգատեսի անցած տարիների մասնակիցներ Դարյա Անտոնյուկը, Տոլմաչեւա քույրերը, Տեոն (2014 թվականի Բելառուսի մասնակիցը), Կրիստինա Սկառլատը (Մոլդովայի 2014 թվականի ներկայացուցչուհին) եւ ուրիշներ: Սամոյլովան ինքը կկատարի Flame is Burning մրցութային երգը եւ իր մյուս կոմպոզիցիաները:        
 
Ավելի վաղ հայտնի Է դարձել, որ Ուկրաինայի Անվտանգության ծառայությունը Յուլյա Սամոյլովային երեք տարով արգելել Է մուտքն Ուկրաինա: Անվտանգության ծառայությունը գտնում Է, որ 2015 թվականի ամռանը, ելույթ ունենալով Ղրիմում կայացած համերգում, նա խախտել Է Ուկրաինայի նախարարների կաբինետի որոշումը, ըստ որի օտարեկրացիները պետք Է հատուկ թույլտվություն ունենան թերակղզու տարածք այցելելու համար:   
 
Սամոյլովան ինքը կարծում Է, որ Ուկրաինայի տարածք իր մուտքի արգելքի հետ կապված իրադրությունը դեռ կարող Է փոխվել: Եվրոպական հեռարձակողների միությունը (EBU) չի բացառում, որ Ուկրաինային կզրկի «Եվրատեսիլ-2017»-ին մասնակցելուց, եթե մրցույթին Ռուսաստանի մասնակցության հետ կապված իրադրությունը չկարգավորվի: Ինչպես նշել Է EBU-ի ղեկավար Ինգրիդ Դելտենրեն, Ուկրաինա Սամոյլովայի մուտքի արգելումը «հարված Է երգի մրցույթի իմիջին», եւ սպառնացել Է պատժամիջոցներ կիրառել Ուկրաինայի նկատմամբ:
 
EBU-ի ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ «Ուկրաինայի գործելակերպը միանգամայն անընդունելի Է»: Դելտենրեն հայտնել Է, որ ներկայում ինքը վարչապետ Գրոյսմանի եւ նախագահ Պորոշենկոյի հետ բանակցություններ Է վարում «խաղաղ լուծում» գտնելու համար, քանի որ միայն նրանք «կարող են չեղարկել Ուկրաինա Յուլյա Սամոյլովայի մուտքի արգելքը» կամ Էլ հոգ տանել, որ այդ արգելքը ուժի մեջ մտնի միայն Կիեւում ռուս երգչուհու ելույթից հետո, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
