Ապագա խորհրդարանը կունենա 105 պատգամավոր. ՀՀԿ-ին կանցնի 55 մանդատ, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին՝ 28

Aysor.am-ը գրում է.
Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդյունքներով 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում կունենա 58 պատգամավորական տեղ, Aysor.am-ին տեղեկացրեց ԱԺ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար, սահմանադրագետ Հրայր Թովմասյանը:
Նշենք, որ ԿԸՀ-ի հրապարակած նախնական արդյունքներով, խորհրդարան է անցնում չորս ուժ. երկու դաշինք՝ «Ելք»՝ 7,77% (122 049 ձայն) և «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը՝ 27,32% (428 965) ու երկու կուսակցություն՝ Հանրապետական՝ 49,12% (771 247) և Դաշնակցություն 6,57% (103 173):
Հ.Թովմասյանն ասաց, որ արդեն արել է հաշվարկներ, որոնց համաձայն, Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը, նաև հաշվի առնելով ազգային փոքրամասնություններին մանդատի բաշխման ընթացակարգը, կստանա 58 պատգամավորական տեղ: Բաշխման արդյունքում, սակայն ՀՀԿ-ն կունենա 55 պատգամավորական տեղ:
«55-ից 28-ը կստանան կուսակցության համապետական ցուցակի 1-ից 28 համարների թեկնածուները, իսկ 27 տեղերը կբաշխվեն ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների միջև», - ներկայացրեց Հ.Թովմասյանը:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների միջև պատգամավորական տեղերի բաշխմանը, ապա, ըստ Հ.Թովմասյանի, թիվ 1 և թիվ 2 ընտրատարածքներից ՀՀԿ-ն կունենա երկու պատգամավոր, թիվ 3 ընտրատարածքից ՀՀԿ-ն կունենա 3 պատգամավոր, 2 ընտրատարածքից կունենան մեկական պատգամավոր, երեք ընտրատարածքից՝ 3 պատգամավոր, իսկ մյուսներից՝ երկուական պատգամավոր:
«Ընտրվելու են այն ռեյտինգային պատգամավորները, ովքեր իրենց ձայների քանակով առաջին, երկրորդ տեղում են», - հավելեց Հ.Թովմասյանը:
Անդրադառնալով խորհրդարան անցած մյուս ուժերին, նա ասաց, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը կստանա 28 պատգամավորական տեղ, 9 պատգամավորական տեղ կստանա ԵԼՔ դաշինքը և 8 պատգամավորական տեղ կստանա Հ. Յ. Դաշնակցություն կուսակցությունը:
«Խորհրդարանում, այս դեպքում, պատգամավորների քանակը կլինի 105, այսինքն՝ այն, ինչ նախատեսված է ի սկզբանե, որ էլ չի ավելանա: Ընտրական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված է նվազագույնը 101 և 4 ազգային փոքրամասնությունների ներկայացուցիչներ», -նշեց Թովմասյանը:
Ապրիլի 9-ին Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը որոշում կկայացնի, կամփոփի ընտրությունների արդյունքները և խորհրդարանի վերջնական պատկերը կձևավորվի:
