Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդունել է ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության պատվիրակությանը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլի 3-ին ընդունել է ապրիլի 2-ին կայացած ՀՀ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ընթացքում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու նպատակով Հայաստան ժամանած ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության պատվիրակությանը՝ ԱՊՀ գործադիր քարտուղար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևի գլխավորությամբ: Այս մասին «Արմ ենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Հանրապետության Նախագահը ողջունել է պատվիրակությանը Հայաստանում, շնորհակալություն հայտնել ընտրությունների դիտարկմանը առաքելության ակտիվ մասնակցության համար: Նախագահը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ԱՊՀ դիտորդների մասնագիտական կազմը ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ կներկայացնի հավասարակշռված, անաչառ ամփոփիչ հաշվետվություն, կհնչեցնի իր գնահատականները, դիտարկումներն ու խորհրդատվությունները, որոնք կնպաստեն Հայաստանում ընտրական գործընթացների շարունակական կատարելագործմանը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծել է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից հետո կայացած խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների կարևորությունը Հայաստանի համար և նշել, որ ընտրությունները միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան անցկացնելու նպատակով իրականացվել է նախապատրաստական շատ մեծ աշխատանք՝ քաղաքացիական հասարակության, քաղաքական ուժերի, գործընկեր կազմակերպությունների և կառույցների աջակցությամբ ու գործուն մասնակցությամբ:
Հայաստանն անցում է կատարում կառավարման նոր համակարգի, և Նախագահ Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ, չափազանց կարևոր է, որ տեղի ունեցած ընտրություններն իրենց որակով վստահու թյուն ներշնչեն Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներին ու բոլոր գործընկերներին:
ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Լեբեդևը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել իր գլխավորած առաքելությանը Հայաստան հրավիրելու համար:
Սերգեյ Լեբեդևն ընդգծել է, որ բավականին լուրջ մոտեցում է ցուցաբերվել դիտորդական առաքելության ձևավորմանը՝ կազմում ընդգրկելով ԱՊՀ 8 երկրից 172 ներկայացուցիչ: Առաքելությունը, որը ս.թ. մարտի 14-ից Հայաստանում է, նրա հավաստմամբ, եղել է բոլոր մարզերում և իր մասնագիտական աշխատանքն իրականացնելիս ԿԸՀ-ից ու ընտրական գործընթացների հա մար պատասխանատու բոլոր կառույցներից և կազմակերպություններից ստացել է անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն, ինչի արդյունքում կարողացել է ձևավորել գործընթացի վերաբերյալ բավականին լայն և օբյեկտիվ պատկեր:
ԱՊՀ դիտորդական առաքելության ղեկավարը գոհունակությամբ է փաստել ընտրություններին տեղական մեծաքանակ դիտորդների մասնակցությունը, որը, նրա խոսքով, աննախադեպ է:
