«ԱԺ գեներալ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանը յուրատեսակ նախաձեռնությամբ ձեռնոց Է նետել սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանի «Արի տուն» ծրագրին։ Նախօրեին Ֆրանսիայի Նանսի քաղաքում անձամբ գեներալի մասնակցությամբ տեղի է ունեցել ԵԿՄ-ի ներկայացուցչության բացման արարողությունը։ Պարզեցինք, որ ԵԿՄ-ն այդպիսի ներկայացուցչություններ ունի նաև Փարիզում, ԱՄՆ-ում, Օդեսայում, Մոսկվայում, Մերձվոլգայում և Երուսաղեմում, որն այս տարի գեներալներ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի և Սեյրան Սարոյանի ուխտագնացության օրերին բացվեց։
Ւնչ ռազմահայրենասիրական անհրաժեշտություն է դրդել մասնաճյուղեր բացել տարբեր քաղաքներում, պարզվում է՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մի նոր առաքելությամբ է որոշել հանդես գալ. այդ կառույցում ընդգրկել ոչ միայն ԵԿՄ-ի կորիզը համարվող երկրապահ ազատամարտիկների, այլև տեղի երիտասարդներին ու նրանց ռազմահայրենասիրական ոգին բարձրացնել՝ հայրենիք վերադարձի նպատակի ներքո։ Ի դեպ, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, գեներալի մասնակցությունը հատուկ պլանավորված չի եղել։ Վերջին տարիներին, ինչպես հայտնի է, նա բուժման կուրսեր է անցնում Ֆրանսիայում, մինչև անցած տարի անհրաժեշտություն կար տարին երկու անգամ գնալ Ֆրանսիա՝ հետազոտության, բայց հիմա նրա վիճակն այնքան լավ է, որ մեկ անգամն էլ բավարար է։ Եվ առողջական նպատակներով Ֆրանսիա այցելած Գրիգորյանը որոշել է երկուսը մեկում անել՝ նաև կազմակերպել մասնաճյուղի բացում»,–գրում է թերթը։
