Դոդոնը եւ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ Մոլդովայի համագործակցության հուշագիր ստորագրեցին

Մոլդովայի նախագահ Իգոր Դոդոնը եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Սարգսյանը ապրիլի 3-ին Քիշնեւում հուշագիր են ստորագրել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հետ Մոլդովայի համագործակցության մասին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Արարողությունը տեղի Է ունեցել այստեղ բացված «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միություն-Մոլդովայի Հանրապետություն» միջազգային համաժողովի շրջանակներում, որին մասնակցել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի կոլեգիայի, ինչպես նաեւ հանրակցության մեջ մտնող երկրների ներկայացուցիչները:
Հուշագիրը նախատեսում Է ԵԱՏՀ-ի եւ Մոլդովայի փոխգործակցության համատեղ աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծում: Փաստաթուղթը նպատակ ունի «օժանդակել ԵԱՏՄ-ի անդամ պետությունների, ԵԱՏՀ-ի եւ հանրապետության միջեւ միակողմանի փոխգործակցության զարգացմանը՝ փոխադարձ առեւտրի եւ ներդրումների ծավալները մեծացնելու, առեւտրի զարգացմանը եւ ներդրումների ներգրավմանը խոչընդոտող արգելքների վերացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների իրականացման, ինչպես նաեւ փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ուղղություններով առավել սերտ համագործակցության համար»:
«Մոլդովան շահագրգռված Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ համագործակցությամբ, որը ձեռնտու Է մեր երկրին. ինչպես ցույց են տվել բազմաթիվ հարցումները, դա պաշտպանում Է մեր երկրի քաղաքացիների ավելի քան 50 տոկոսը»,-ասել Է Դոդոնը ՏԱՍՍ-ի թղթակցի հետ զրուցելիս:
Փաստաթղթում նշվում Է, որ «հուշագիրը միջազգային պայմանագիր չԷ եւ կողմերի համար չի ստեղծում միջազգային իրավունքով կարգավորվող իրավունքներ ու պարտավորություններ»: Այդ կապակցությամբ Մոլդովայի ղեկավարը հայտարարել Է, որ հուշագիրը վավերացման կարիք չունի եւ չի ներկայացվելու խորհրդարանի քննարկմանը:
Մոլդովան ձգտում Է ավելի ակտիվորեն համագործակցել ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ, հայտարարել Է Իգոր Դոդոնը հուշագրի ստորագրման արարողությանը: «Մենք ձգտում ենք ավելի ակտիվորեն համագործակցել միության մասնակից երկրների հետ: Մեզ կապում Է տնտեսական, քաղաքական, մշակութային ու մարդկային հարաբերությունների երկարատեւ պատմությունը»: «Ես կարծում եմ, որ հուշագրի ստորագրումը եւ դրա դրույթների կատարումը կնպաստի արեւելյան եւ արեւմտյան գործընկերների հետ Մոլդովայի Հանրապետության տնտեսական հարաբերություններում հավասարակշռության հասնելուն»,-ասել Է հանր ապետության նախագահը:
