 ՀՀ կառավարությունը շահագրգռված է, որպեսզի Ռուսաստանը գտնի նոր առիթներ և ծրագրեր՝ Հայաստանում ներդրումներ իրականացնելու համար: «Իզվեստիա» թերթին տված հարցազրույցում անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչպիսին է տեսնում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների ապագան՝ նշել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը նկատել է, որ Ռուսաստանը հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի կարևորագույն գործընկերը և ամենախոշոր ներդրողը: Այս տարի լրանում է մեր երկրների դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25-ամյակը: «Եվ չնայած մեր հարաբերությունների մակարդակը բավականին բարձր է, մեր համատեղ ներուժը շատ ավելին է, և մենք առաջարկում ենք մի շարք ուղղություններ, որոնք կարող են դիվերսիֆիկացնել և ընդլայնել մեր համագործակցության ոլորտները: Ընդգծեմ, որ այս տարվա մարտի 24-ին տեղի է ունեցել ռազմավարական ֆորում, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչները, Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների ռուսական գործակալության և ՌԴ բիզնես նախաձեռնությունների աջակցության Առաջնորդների ակումբի ղեկավարները: Դա, իհարկե, շատ կարևոր հարթակ է օգտակար գաղափարների, ռազմավարությունների ներկայացման, փորձի փոխանակման և մեր երկրների տնտեսությունների զարգացման նոր ճանապարհներ գտնելու համար: Մենք շահագրգռված ենք, որպեսզի մեր ռուս գործընկերները գտնեն ներդրումներ իրականացնելու նոր առիթներ և ծրագրեր: Հայաստանը բաց է ներդրումների համար: Մենք ունենք մեր ներդրողներին առա ջարկելու բաներ, և մենք նրանց համար ստեղծում ենք պայմաններ, որտեղ նրանք կարող են իրականացնել նորմալ բիզնես, փող աշխատել, ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր և հարկեր վճարել»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, շեշտել է Կարեն Կարապետյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ այսօր քննարկվում են հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության մի շարք նոր ակտուալ ուղղություններ, ուրվագծվում են զարգացման վեկտորները և կոնկրետ միջոցառումներ:

Որպես օրինակ՝ ՀՀ վարչապետը նշել է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների առանց վիզային այցերի մասին  համաձայնագիրը, այդ թվում՝ այս տարվա փետրվարից գործող  կանոնակարգը, որով ռուսաստանցիները կարող են Հայաստան այցելել ներքին անձնագրերով: Կարեն Կարապետյանը կարծիք է հայտնել, որ դա նոր թափ կհաղորդի մշակութային, հումանիտար և զբոսաշրջության ոլորտներում համագործակցությանը: «Կարծում եմ, Հայաստանը որպես զբոսաշրջային երկիր ռուսաստանցիների կողմից դեռևս գնահատված չէ, և այս տարի նպատակադրված ենք այդ ուղղությամբ սկզբունքային փոփոխությ ուններ իրականացնել: Այսօր քննարկվում են գյուղտեխնիկայի մատակարարման սխեմաները, ազատ տնտեսական գոտու ստեղծումը, ռուսական կապիտալի մասնակցությանը, էներգետիկայի ոլորտում համագործակցությանը, ինչպես նաև Ռոսգեոլոգիայի՝ մեր ծրագրային ուսումնասիրություններին մասնակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր»,- ասել է ՀՀ վարչապետը:
