Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը շնորհավորական ուղերձներ են փոխանակել ՀՀ և ՌԴ միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ուղղված ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի շնորհավորական ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Հարգելի՛ Սերժ Ազատի
Սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
Նախորդ տարիների ընթացքում, հենվելով բարեկամության և փոխադարձ հարգանքի բարի ավանդույթների վրա, որոնք հնուց կապում են Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի ժողովուրդներին, մենք կարողացանք ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունները բարձրացնել գործընկերային փոխգործակցության բարձր մակարդակի:
Դինամիկ կերպով զարգանում է քաղաքական երկխոսությունը, իրականացվում են մասշտաբային համատեղ նախագծեր առևտրատնտեսական, գիտատեխնիկական, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտներում: Լավ արգասիք են տալիս մեր երկրների համատեղ մասնակցությունը եվրասիական տնտեսական գործընթացներին, մեր ջանքերի կոորդինացումը ակտուալ սպառնալիքներին և տարածաշրջանային անվտանգության մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու գործում:
Մոսկվայում մեր վերջին բանակցությունները թույլ տվեցին նախանշել համատեղ աշխատանքի նոր, հեռանկարային ուղղություններ: Վստահ եմ, որ ռուս-հայկական կապերի ողջ կոմպլեքսի հետագա ամրապնդումը երկկողմ հիմքի վրա, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՏՄ, ՀԱՊԿ, ԱՊՀ և այլ բազմակողմ կառույցների շրջանակում, համապատասխանում են մեր ընդհանուր շահերին, նպաստում են Անդրկովկասում և, ընդհանուր առմամբ, եվրասիական տարածքում խաղաղության ու կայունության ապահովմանը:
