«Արտերկրից Հայաստան ուղարկվող մասնավոր տրանսֆերտնեոի նվազումը արդեն աղետալի տեմպեր է ընդանում։ Այս տարվա օգոստոսին մասնավոր տրանսֆերտնեոի զատ ներհոսքը անցած տարվա օգոստոսի համեմատ նվազել է գրեթե կիսով չափ։
Եթե անցած տարվա օգոստոսին մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների ծավալը կազմել էր ավելի քան 156 միլիոն դոլար, ապա այս տարվա օգոստոսին կազմել է ընդամենը 87.2 միլիոն դոլար՝ նվազելով 44 տոկոսով։ ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի՝ երեկ հրապաոակած տեղեկանքի համաձայն, այս նվազման հիմնական «մեղավորը» Ռուսաստանն է, որտեղից ուղարկվող մասնավոր տրանսֆերտները օգոստոսին կրճատվել են ավելի քան երկու անգամ՝ անցած տարվա օգոստոսի 145 միլիոնից այս տարվա օգոստոսին հասնելով ընդամենը 72.6 միլիոն դոլարի։ Ամիսների կտրվածքով մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների նման անկում դեռ չէր գրանցվել։ Համեմատությունը ակնառու դարձնելու համար նշենք, որ հուլիսին էլ անցած տարվա հուլիսի համեմատ մասնավոր տրանսֆերտները կրճատվել էին 33 տոկոսով, հունիսին հունիսի համեմատ 23 տոկոսով և այլն։ Եթե այս տեմպը պահպանվի նաև առաջիկա ամիսներին ապա կասկածից վեր է, որ դա աղետալի հետևանքներ կունենա մեր երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական կյանքի վրա»,–գրում է թերթը։
