9/12 ընտրատեղամասում 20:00-ի դրությամբ ավարտվել է քվեարկությունը: Սակայն արձանագրությունների մատյանում մինչև քվեարկության ավարտի մասին նշում կատարվելը նաև մեկ այլ արձանագրություն էր կազմվել, ըստ որի` քվերակության եկածներից մեկը բացահայտ քվեարկություն է կատարել:
Հանձնաժողովի անդամ «Կոնգրես-ՀժԿ»-ից առաջադրված թեկնածու Անահիտ Գրիգորյանն ասում է, որ քվեարկողին հայտնել է, որ քվեաթերթիկն այնպես դնի, որ չերևա, թե ում է քվեարկել:
Դեպքի առիթով տեղմաս էին ժամանել դատախազության աշխատակիցները: «Ես դիտողություն եմ արել քաղաքացուն, որ այդպես չի կարելի, բաց քվեաթերթիկ չի կարելի, ակնհայտ երևում էր ընտրված քվեաթերթիկի թիվը՝ 6-ը: Ասացի, որ չի կարելի, միգուցե ինչ-որ մեկին ցույց է տալիս ընտրությունը: Չհասցրեցի նույնիսկ տեսնել, նա տեղադրեց քվեաթերթիկը ծրարի մեջ, թե չէ, առանց անվանաքարտի դիտորդ էր կսմ վստահված անձ, սկսեց ինձ վրա բղավել: Ես էլ ասացի, որ նա ինձ դիտողություն անելու իրավունք չունի: Եթե կարծում եք սխալ եմ աշխատում, այդ մասին իրավասու եք մատյանում գրել: Նախագահին դիմեցի, որ այդ մարդը իրավունք չունի ինձ դիտողություն անելու: Նախագահը ասաց, որ եթե շարունակեմ, նիստ կանի և ինձ կհեռացնի:Ես լռեցի, որովհետև հասկացա, որ ինձ հետ վիճաբանող երիտասարդի հետ խոսելն անիմաստ է»,- նշեց հանձնաժողովի անդամ Անահիտ Գրիգորյանը:
Տեղամասի նախագահ Հասմիկ Փափազյանը էլ նշեց, որ հանձնաժողովի անդամը տեսել է, թե ինչպես է ընտրողը կուսակցության անդամին ցուցադրել կատարած քվեարկությունը ու արձանագրել այդ մասին: 9/12 տեղամասում 1904 ընտրողից քվեարկությանը մասնակցել են 1227 ընտրողներ:
