Երևանի թիվ 9/49 ընտրատեղամասում որոշ տարեց մարդիկ ընտրելիս դժվարություններ են ունեցել

Երևանի Նիկոլ Աղբալյանի անվան դպրոցում տեղակայված 9/49 ընտրատեղամասում ընտրական կարգի հետ կապված տարեց ընտրողները դժվարություններ են ունեցել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ընտրատեղամասային հանձնաժողովինախագահ Լարիսա Թորոսյանը նշեց, որ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ընտրությունն ընթանում է նորմալ, ըստ օրենքի: «Առանձնահատուկ ինչ-որ դեպքեր չեն եղել, պարզապես մեկ-մեկ մե ծահասակներն ընտրության կարգի հետ կապված խնդիրներ են ունենում, սակայն նրանց բացատրում ենք: Սարքավորումները նորմալ աշխատում են»,- ասաց Լարիսա Թորոսյանը:
Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նշեց, որ իրենց ընտրատեղամասը դիտորդների պակաս չի զգում, վաղ առավոտից արդեն եկել են թե տեղական, թե միջազգային դիտորդներ:
«Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի դիտորդ Օսկար Ալվարադոն նկարահանում էր ընտրության ընթացքը: Նրա խոսքով` ամեն ինչ լավ է ընթանում:
«Սակայն ուղիղ հեռարձակում ապահովող տեսախցիկը չի աշխատում: Չգիտեմ ինչու: Ինչքանով տեղյակ եմ՝ այն ոչ միայն այստեղ, այլ նաև մի շարք այլ տեղամասերուոմ նույնպես չի աշխատում: Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ շատ մարդիկ են գալիս, երբեմն էլ նրանց հոսքը դանդաղում է, սակայն ամեն ինչ կարգին է»,- ասաց նա:
«Իրավունքի Եվրոպա միավորում» իրավապաշտպան հասարակական կազմակերպության դիտորդ Մանե Մաթևոսյանը նշեց, որ սկզբում փոքր-ինչ խաթարումներ կաին, քանի որ տեսախցիկը չէր աշխատում:
«Մարդիկ չէին կողմնորոշվում, թե ինչպես պետք է քվեարկեն և անպետք քվեաթերթիկների հետ ինչպես պետք է վարվեն: Նրանց ներկայացնում էին, սակայն նրանք ուշադիր չէին լինում և այդքան էլ լավ չէին պատկերացնում գործընթացը: Մենք հետևում ենք, որպեսզի ընտրողներն իրենց հետ թերթիկները չտանեն: Մնացած ամեն ինչ կարգին է: Եղավ մի դեպք, երբ տարեց կինը չէր կարողանում քվեարկել և նրան օգնեց դուստրը, բայց դա խախտում էր, և մենք այն գրանցեցինք գրանցամատյանում»,- ասաց նա:
Հայաստանում Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրությունների քվեարկությունը սկսվեց առավոտյան ժամը 8:00-ին: Բացվեցինհանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ձևավորված 13 ընտրատարածքների 2009 տեղամասերը: Քվեարկությունը կավարտվի երեկոյանժամը 20:00-ին, որից հետո կսկսվի ձայների հաշվարկը:
Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի հերթական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար առաջադրվել է 9 քաղաքական ուժ` ՀայաստանիՀանրապետական, «Հայկական վերածնունդ», «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ», «Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցություն», Հայաստանիկոմունիստական կուսակցությունները, ինչպես նաև «Ելք&raq uo;, «Ծառուկյան», «Օհանյան-Րաֆֆի-Օսկանյան» և «Կոնգրես-ՀԺԿ» դաշինքները:
