Հրաժարական է տվել Մոլդովայի վարչապետ Կիրիլ Գաբուրիչը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նա հայտարարել է հունիսի 12-ին Քիշնևում կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում:
«Իմ ժեստը ոչ թե նահանջ է, այլ քայլ առաջ: Հուսով եմ, որ այն հնարավորություն կտա խորհրդարանում ձևավորել նոր կառավարող մեծամասնություն: Հուսով եմ, որ կառավարության նախաձեռնությունները կշարունակվեն, ամեն ինչի հիմքում պետք է լինի կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը: Վստահության համար շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր աջակցում էին ինձ»,- ասել է Գաբուրիչը:
Նա ընդգծել է, որ գլխավորել է նախարարների կաբինետը, որպեսզի աշխատի: «Ես գիտակցում եմ, որ իմ քայլը կարող են տարբեր կերպ մեկնաբանել: Չպետք է կարծել, որ սա քաղաքական ժեստ է, սա մտածված քայլ է»,- նշել է Գաբուրիչը: Նա ասել է, որ փորձում էր շտկել ֆինանսական համակարգի իրադրությունը, արտաքին գործընկերների հետ կարգավորել հարաբերություններն ինչպես Եվրամիությունում, այնպես էլ Արևելքում:Վարչապետը հասկանալ է տվել, որ իր վրա ճնշում է գործադրվում: «Երեկ ինձ Գլխավոր դատախազություն են կանչել իմ կրթության մասին փաստաթղթերի գործով: Դուք հասկանում եք, որ դա տեղի ունեցավ մի շարք պաշտոնյաների պաշտոնաթողության անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ արած իմ հայտարարությունից հետո»,- ասել է Գաբուրիչը:
Վարչապետի կրթության մասին փաստաթղթերի շուրջ սկանդալն սկսվել է ընթացիկ տարվա ապրիլին մամուլում այն մասին հաղորդագրությունից հետո, որ Գաբուրիչի դիպլոմը կեղծ է: Ավելի ուշ Մոլդովայի ՆԳ նախարար Օլեգ Բալանը հայտնել է, որ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել Գաբուրիչի դիպլոմի հնարավոր կեղծման մասին:
Անցած շաբաթ վարչապետն սպառնացել էր պաշտոնաթող լինել, եթե իրենց պաշտոններից չհեռացվեն Գլխավոր դատախազության, Ազգային բանկի և Ֆինանսական շուկայի գծով ազգային հանձնաժողովի ղեկավարները, որոնց մեղադրում են երկրում ծագած բանկային սկանդալին մեղսակից լինելու մեջ: Այդ մասին կաբինետի ղեկավարը հայտարարել է հանրապետության նախագահին և խորհրդարանի նախագահին հղած ուղերձում: «Կառավարությունը զրկված է անհրաժեշտ լծակներից, իսկ լիազորություններով օժտված հաստատությունները դանդաղում են այդ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում: Ես չեմ ցանկանում հետևել այն բանին, թե ինչպես են որոշակի շահեր հետապնդող խմբերն ավերում երկիրը: Խնդրում եմ ձեր աջակցությունը: Կարծում եմ՝ մեկ ամիսը բավական է նշված չինովնիկներին պաշտոնաթող անելու և նոր ղեկավարների ընտրության բաց մրցույթ հայտարարելու համար: Հակառակ դեպքում ես կհայտարարեմ իմ պաշտոնաթողության մասին»,- ասել է Գաբուլիչը, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
