Շիրակ մարզի որոշ ընտրական տեղամասերում առաջ եկած տեխնիկական խնդիրներն անմիջապես փորձում են լուծել տեխնիկական պատասխանատուները: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց թիվ 30 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը տեղամասերում հիմնականում տեխնիկակա խնդիրներ են առաջացել՝ սարքերը չեն տվել զրոյական կտրոններ կամ չեն կարողացել կարդալ անձնագրերը: «Շուրջ 10 տեղամասից այդ բողոքը ստացել ենք: Փորձում ենք այս դեպքում ճշտումներ կատարել, իսկ եթե կրկին չաշխատեն՝ աշխատանքը շարունակում ենք համարակալված կտրոններով՝ գրանցամատյանում դրա մասին գրանցում կատարելուց հետո: Նույն կերպ համարակալած կտրոններով աշխատում ենք, եթե սարքը չի կարդում նաև անձնագիրը»,-նշեց Գրիգոր Հովհաննիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այս խնդիրներն անմիջապես փորձ է արվում լուծել տեխնիկական պատասխանատուների միջամտութամբ:

Հանձնաժողովի տեխնիկական պատասխանատու Սերյան Զարգարյանը նշեց, որ մատնահետք չկարդալու դեպքում նախ պետք է մաքրել սարքի մատնատեղը, ապա նորից փորձել: «Մի երկու տեղամաս կար, որ տեխնիկական սարքը նորմալ չէր աշխատում, բայց արդեն կարծես ամեն ինչ իր նորմալ հունով գնում է, իսկ եթե սարքը զրոյական կտրոնը չի տվել, ապա պետք է գործել ինչպես պահանջում է կարգը՝ համարակալված կտրոնով, իսկ եթե սարքը չի կարդում անձնագիրը, ապա տվյալները սարք մուտքագրվում է ձեռքով ինչի հնարավորությունը կա»,-նշեց Սերյան Զարգարյանը:

Գյումրիում գործող 82 տեղամասերում մեկնարկեց ընտրական գործընթացը: Ինչպես և պահանջում էր ընտրական օրենսգիրքը, մինչև 08:00-ն արդեն տեղամասերում կայացել էին հանձնաժողովի նիստերը, իսկ որոշ տեղամասեր առաջին ընտրողներին ընդունեցին հենց 08:00-ին: Տեղամասում ընտրույթուններին հետևում էին քաղաքացիական դիտորդներ և վստահված անձիք:

Գյումրու թիվ 30 դպրոցի տարածքում տեղակայված թիվ 31/32 տեղամասում, ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց նախագահ Հասմիկ Սեթոյանը, բացվելուն պես 1773 ընտրողից 10 րոպեների ընթացքում 5-ն արդեն իր ընտրական պարտքը կատարել էր:
