Ավտովթարից մահացած 7-ամյա տղայի հայրը դատապարտվեց 3 տարով

Հրազդանում ծնողների աչքի առջեւ 7-ամյա որդուն մահացու վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդին դանակահարելու մեջ մեղադրվող Գագիկ Խանփերյանը դատապարտվել է 3 տարվա պայմանական ազատազրկման:
NEWS.am-ին Խանփերյանի պաշտպան Գարեգին Մարգարյանը հայտնեց, որ դատաքննությունն անցկացվել է արագացված կարգով:
«Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Խանփերյանին դատապարտեց 3 տարվա ազատազրկման, սակայն որոշեց պատիժը պայմանականորեն չկիրառել եւ դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ արձակել նրան»,- ասաց պաշտպանը:
Նշենք, որ 7-ամյա տղային ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ մահացու վրաերթի ենթարկած վարորդն ազատության մեջ էր, մեկ ամիս առաջ նա դատապարտվել է 3 տարվա ազատազրկման եւ դատարանի դահլիճից տեղափոխվել կալանավայր: Մինչդեռ Գագիկ Խանփերյանն ի սկզբանե եղել է կալանքի տակ:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ Գագիկ Խանփերյանը 2016թ. սեպտեմբերի 5-ին ժամը 17:30-ի սահմաններում Հրազդանում հանդիպել է իր որդուն վրաերթի ենթարկելու հետևանքով անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառած Վանիկ Սարգսյանին: Վրեժխնդրության շարժառիթով իր մոտ պահվող դանակով Խանփերյանը դիտավորությամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել Վանիկ Սարգսյանին` պատճառելով ձախ այտի և պարանոցի ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած երկու վերքեր, կրծքավանդակի աջ և ձախ կեսի կտրած-ծակած, թափանցող երկու վերքեր, ինչի հետևանքով Սարգսյանի առողջությանը պատճառել է ծանր վնաս:
Գագիկ Խանփերյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, այն է՝ դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելը կամ առողջությանն այլ ծանր վնաս պատճառելը:
