Որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկածներ չեն լինի ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ. ԱՊՀ ՄԽԱ-ի առաքելություն
SOCIETYԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական ասամբլեայից (ՄԽԱ) դիտորդների խմբի ղեկավարները վստահ են Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների արդար ու թափանցիկ անցկացման հարցում:
ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի փոխնախագահ և Հայաստանի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ԱՊՀ միջխորհրդարանական ասամբլեայից (ՄԽԱ) դիտորդների խմբի համակարգող Բոլեսլավ Պիրշտո ւկը նշեց, որ այդ վստահությունը գալիս է նոր ընդունված Ընտրական օրենսգրքի դրույթներից ու նախընտրական փուլում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացներից:
«Մեր հայ գործընկերների կողմից տարվել է մեծ աշխատանք Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը լավագույնս մշակելու ուղղությամբ, որն ընդունվել է քաղաքական ուժերի համընդհանուր համաձայնությամբ, այսինքն այն ընդհանուր համաձայնեցված փաստաթուղթ է: Հույս ունենք, որ ընտրությունները բոլոր ուժերի համար կանցնեն լավ և ի շահ ժողովրդի: Վստահ ենք, որ քաղաքական կուսակցություններից որևէ մեկի մոտ կասկածներ չեն լինի ընտրությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ:
Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը պարունակում է բազմաթիվ նրբություններ, որոնք առաջ միջնորդավորված էին ու երբեմն էլ որոշա կի քննադատությունների էին արժանանում թե ընտրողների, թե խորհրդարանում իրենց տեղերի համար պայքարող բոլոր մրցակիցների կողմից։ Որպես դրա արդյունք՝ այսօր ԿԸՀ-ն գրեթե բողոք չի ստացել թեկնածուներից։ Դա վկայում է այն մասին, որ աշխատանքն իրականացվում է հանգիստ, պրոֆեսիոնալ, գործող օրենսդրության շրջանակում»,- ասաց Բոլեսլավ Պիրշտուկը՝ ավելացնելով, որ ԱՊՀ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները մտադիր են հայկական օրենսդրության բազմաթիվ բաղադրիչներ ապագայում օգտագործել նաև իրենց երկրներում:
