Գյումրու ընտրատեղամասերում վերջին նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներն են տարվում: Վաղ առավոտյան տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահները տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովից ստացան անհրաժեշտ ընտրական գույքն ու պարագաները՝ կնիքները, դրոշմանիշները, քվեաթերթիկները, գրենական պիտույքներ և այլն, ինպես նաև վերջին աշխատանքային ցուցումները՝ ՏԸՀ նախագահներից:
Թիվ 31 ՏԸՀ-ն, որը կանոնակարգում է Գյումրու տեղամասերի մեծ մասի աշխատանքը, իր կազմում ունի 58 տեղամաս՝ նախկին 41 –ի փոխարեն, տեղամասեր ավելացել են նախկին թիվ 33 ՏԸՀ-ից (30): Հաշվի առնելով ընտրական նոր օրենսգիրքը՝ այս անգամ փոխվել է տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների համարակալումը. նախկին 34 ՏԸՀ-ի փոխարեն, որն ընդգրկում էր Գյումրու մեծ մասն, այսօր գործում է թիվ 31 ՏԸՀ-ն: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց թիվ 31 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Ավետիսյանը, նախկին ընտրողների թվի փոխարեն նոր ընտրակարգով հաշվի է առնվում տեղամասերի թիվը: Ընտրողների քանակով սա հանրապետության խոշորագույն տարածքային հանձնաժողովներից մեկն է. նախնական ցուցակով ՝ 95 հազար ընտրող: Գյումրիի մյուս հատվածը՝ 18 տեղամաս, ներառված է թիվ 32 տարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կազմում:
«Վաղը քվերակությունը պատշաճ կազմակերպելու համար տեղամասերն այս պահին արդեն ունեն անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ, տեխնիկական հնարավոր բոլոր լուծումները տրված են: ԿԸՀ-ն առավելագույն ջանք է թափել այդ ամենով ապահովվելու համար»,-նշեց Արտակ Ավետիսյանը՝ փաստելով, որ այս ընտրություններին որևէ դժվարություն չկա, ավելին՝ ավելի հեշտացվել է տեղամասային ընտրական հանձնաժողովի անդամների աշխատանքը՝ նախկին վազվզոցի, բյուրոկրատիայի և տարակարծությունների փոխարեն այս անգամ գործընթացը շատ ավելի հեշտացված է ՝ սարքն ինքն է որոնում տվյալ տեղամասում ով ունի ընտրելու կամ քվեարկելու իրավունք:
«Հենց այդ սարքավորումների շնորհիվ շատ «տխուր» երևույթներ բացառված են այս ընտրություններին: Ընտրակեղծարարությունը բացառելու քառափուլ պաշտպանվածություն կա: Մենք այս ընտրություններին կունենանք իդիալականին մոտ ընտրություններ՝ ընտրողների թիվը կլինի հենց այնքան, որքան մարդ կգնա տեղամաս. արդյունքը 1 քվեի ճշտությամբ կլինի: Հավատացնում եմ՝ դժվարություններ չկա»,-ավելացրեց թիվ 31 ՏԸՀ նախագահ Արտակ Ավետիսյանը :
