Մսի վաճառքի տաղավարներում պայմաններն էականորեն բարելավվել են

ՀՀ Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը մարտի 31-ին ներկա է գտնվել Խորենացի փողոցում (Գում-ի հարակից տարածքում) նորովի կառուցված՝ ԱՁ Ազիզ Շաբաբյանին պատկանող մսի վաճառքի տաղավարի բացմանը, որը համապատասխանում է մսի շուկայահանմանը ներկայացվող բոլոր պահանջներին: Ծառայության կողմից իրականացվող հետևողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում՝ տնտեսավարողը նույն տարածքում վերանորոգում է մսի իրացման ևս երկու կետ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՍԱՊԾ-ից, ծառայությունը դեռ նախորդ տարեվերջից է սկսել մսի իրացման շուկայում տնտեսավարողներին ներկայացնել մսի շուկայահանման համար նախատեսված անասնաբուժասանիտարական անվտանգության և հիգիենիկ բոլոր պահանջները, տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն՝ թե շրջայցերի, թե մի շարք հանդիպումների ու քննարկումների միջոցով և որոշակի ժամանակ տվել՝ անհրաժեշտ վերանորոգումները կատարելու և պայմանները բարելավելու համար: Արդյունքում՝ մի շարք մսի տաղավարներ փոխվել եÕ ¶ անճանաչելիորեն՝ սպառողներին մատուցելով անհամեմատ որակյալ ծառայություն՝ ապահովելով սառնարանային պայմաններում պահվող, անասնաբուժասանիտարական անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթեր ունեցող, սանիտարահիգիենիկ բավարար պայմաններում մսի վաճառք:
Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը հիշեցնում է, որ միսն ու ենթամթերքն անհրաժեշտ է ստանալ և դրանց իրացումն իրականացնել միայն անասնաբուժական ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի առկայության դեպքում՝ հիգիենիկ պայմաններում: Վաճառակետերը պետք է ապահովված լինեն բնական և արհեստական օդափոխանակությամբ, աշխատանքային պարագաների և սարքավորումների մաքրման ու ախտահանման անհրաժեշտ պայմաններով, համապատասխան չափիչ և ստուգիչ սարքերով, սառնարաններով:
Կենդանական ծագման մթերքի, առավել ևս՝ մսի հետ շփվող յուրաքանչյուր անձ պարտավոր է պահպանել անձնական հիգիենայի կանոնները և կրել համապատասխան մաքուր հագուստ: Վաճառքի կետերում յուրաքանչյուր աշխատակցի սանիտարական գրքույկի առկայությունը պարտադիր է:
