Հայաստանից 52 միլիարդ դրամի կամ մոտ 110 միլիոն դոլարի կապիտալ է արտահոսել Ռուսաստան. «Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Երեկ ՀՀ ԱՎԾ-ի հրապարակած Պաշտոնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2016 թվականի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից մեր տնտեսության մեջ իրականացված ներդրումների զուտ հոսքը եղել է բացասական՝ մինուս 52 միլիարդ դրամ։
Այսինքն, Հայաստանից, պատկերավոր ասած, 52 միլիարդ դրամի կամ մոտ 110 միլիոն դոլարի կապիտալ է արտահոսել Ռուսաստան։ ՀՀ-ից դեպի ՌԴ կապիտալի այսպիսի արտահոսք չի գրանցվել երբեք։ Ու ընդհանրապես, անցած տարի օտարերկրյա ներդրումների ներհոսքի կտրուկ անկում է արձանագրվել։ Եթե 2015 թ. այդ ցուցանիշը 118.5 միլիարդ դրամ է կազմել, ապա 2016-ին ՝ 81.5 միլիարդ դրամ:
Ընդ որում, մոտ 41 միլիարդը, կամ ընդհանուրի կեսը ուղղվել է հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտ։ Ինչպես նախկինում, անցած տարի ևս օտարերկրյա ներդրումներում մեծ դեր են խաղացել օֆշորները։ Մեր տնտեսության մեջ օՖշորներից եկած ներդրումների ծավալը անցած տարի կազմել է ավելի քան 100 միլիարդ դրամ։ Ամենախոշոր «ներդրումատու» օֆշորները անցած տարի եղել են Լյուքսեմբուրգը՝ 48 միլիարդ, Կիպրոսը՝ 44 միլիարդ և Ջերսին՝ 10 միլիարդ դրամ»,–գրում է թերթը։
