Վաղը գիշերը կլրանա ապրիլյան քառօրյայի տարելիցը։ Ի՞նչ ենք սերտել այս մի տարվա ընթացքում ու սխալների ուղղում արել։ Կարծում ենք՝ աշխատանքները, որոնք տարվել են, հսկայական են ու ոչ թե այն պատճառով, որ իշխանությունները դա արել են իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին լռեցնելու համար, այլ պարզապես, որ դրանից է կախված մեր բոլորի անվտանգությունը։

Ապրիլյան քառօրյան վեր հանեց մի շարք խնդիրներ՝ սահմանային տեխնիկայից սկսած, զինվորական, սպայական կազմի կարգապահությամբ վերջացրած։ Սա, ըստ էության, արցախյան առաջին գոյամարտից հետո գերագույն էսկալացիա էր։ Պատերազմը սարսափելի երևույթ է, ու նույնիսկ ամենակատարելագործված բանակներում կարող են խնդիրներ լինել, եթե երկար ժամանակ ակտիվ ռազմական գործողությունների մեջ ներգրավված չլինեն։ Այնպես որ, իհարկե, ֆիքսում ենք, որ սահմանին խնդիրներ են եղել, մշտադիտարկման մեխանիզմներ չեն եղել, այսպես կոչված, որոշ ընդդիմադիր ուժերի կողմից «կանսերվի բանկեքը» գերակա են եղել, բայց նաև մենք առարկայական կորուստներ չենք ունեցել ապրիլյանի ժամանակ, կարողացել ենք ետ մղել հակառակորդի հսկայական ու պատրաստված հարձակումներն ու, ի վերջո, հետ շպրտել սահմանից։ Հանրության համար սա գուցե բավարար չլինի, սակայն քաղաքական ուժերը, եթե իսկապես այդպիսին են իրենց էությամբ, չեն կարող ու իրավունք չունեն անընդհատ բարձրաձայնել սրա մասին՝ քաղաքական դիվիդենտ հավաքելու համար։

Ադրբեջանը պարզապես հասկացավ, որ ռազմական եղանակով ԼՂՀ հարցի լուծումը բացառված է։ Պարզապես չի հաջողելու։ Եթե հույսը անակնկալ հարձակումն էր, ապա սեփական մաշկի վրա զգաց հայկական զինուժի գործողությունների ցավոտությունը։ Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում սահմանին հսկայական աշխատանք է կատարվել, ինչը փաստում են նաև ընդդիմադիրները, ովքեր պարբերաբար այցելում են դիրքեր։ Այս պարագայում, երբ մենք արդեն հատուկ նկարահանող սարքերի շնորհիվ ունենք հնարավորություն հակառակորդի գործողությունները վերահսկելու հենց իրենց տարածքում, կարող ենք վստահ ասել, որ նոր պատերազմ սանձազերծելու պարագայում այս անգամ հայկական կողմը գնալու է շատ ավելի հեռուն ու չի սահմանափակվելու միայն ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան ետ մղելով։ Այս անգամ պատասխանը լինելու է շատ ավելի դաժան ու հակառակորդին պարտադրվելու է խաղաղություն։ Սրանում Հայաստանի և ոչ մի քաղաքացի թող չկասկածի:
