ՀՀ բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կողմից մարտի 27-31-ը իրականացված շրջայցերի, ԲՊՏ վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության և հաշվետվությունների ընդունման գործընթացում հայտնաբերված խախտումների արդյունքում կայացվել է 350.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 5 որոշում և հաշվարկվել 1816.33 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հա սցված վնաս:  Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից: 

Մասնավորապես`

Բուսական աշխարհի պահպանության ոլորտ

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 3 որոշում՝ 150.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի և հաշվարկվել է 211.99 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից ՝   

Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ ապօրինի հատված 3 ծառի համար կայացվել է 100.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում և  հաշվարկվել է 181.99 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Շիրակի տարածքային բաժնի կողմից հայտնաբերված ապօրինի ծառահատման դեպքի համար կայացվել է 50.0 հազար դրամի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել 30.0հզ.դրամի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Փայտանյութի ապօրինի տեղափոխում՝

Կազմվել է վարչական տուգանքի 2 որոշում՝ 200.0 հազար դրամի և հաշվարկվել 54.34 hազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին պատճառված վնաս, որից՝

Լոռու տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ հաշվարկվել է 15.06 հազար դրամ գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Տավուշի տարածքային բաժնի վարույթին հանձնված գործերի քննության արդյունքում 2 ֆիզիկական անձի նկատմամբ կայացվել է 200.0 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի վարչական տուգանքի որոշում և հաշվարկվել է 39.28 հազար դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի շրջակա միջավայրին հասցված վնաս:

Ապօրինի որսի իրականացման համար՝

Վայոց ձորի տարածքային բաժինը ՀՀ ոստիկանության Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչության Վայքի բաժնի աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ անցկացված շրջայցերի արդյունքում  արձանագրել է մեկ ձկնագողության դեպք: Հերհերի ջրամբարից որսացել են թվով 1000 հատ «կարաս» տեսակի ձուկ, 11 հատ «կարմրախայտ» տեսակի ձուկ և 327 հատ խեցգետին, բնությանը պատճառված վնասի հատուցման չափը կազմել է 1մլն 55 հազար դրամ: Գործը գտնվում է մարզային քննչական բաժնում:

Վարչարարության և փորձաքննության վերահսկողության բաժինը դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման է ներկայացրել 6 վարչական տուգանքի որոշում` 600,0 հզ.դրամ ընդհանուր գումարի չափով և 6 վնասի փոխհատուցման որոշում`  368.750 հզ.դրամ ընդհանուր  գումարի չափով:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության բնապահպանական պետական տեսչության կիրառած պատժամիջոցներից հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ պետական բյուջե է մուտքագրվել 0.85 մլն դրամ գումար:
