 ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահ, Ավստրիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սեբաստիան Կուրցը մարտի 31-ին միացել է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների մարտի 29-ին արած կոչին` հորդորելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կողմերին վերսկսել ներգրավվածությունը քաղաքական կարգավորման գործընթացում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

«Մարտերն ու բռնությունը, որին ականատես եղանք մեկ տարի առաջ և որը վատագույնն էր վերջին երկու տասնամյակում, պատճառ դարձավ ոչնչացումների, տառապանքի և մարդկային կորուստների: Դա վառ ապացույցն էր նրա, թե ինչքան արագ կարող է պատերազմի մեքենան խաթարել խաղաղությանն ուղղված ջանքերը: Այս կապակցությամբ մենք կոչ ենք անում կողմերին հեռու մնալ ցանկացած գործողությունից, որը կարող է վտանգի ենթարկել հրադադարը: Բոլոր կողմերը պետք է հավատարիմ մնան իրենց հանձնառություններին՝ խստորեն հետևելով իրենց միջազգային մարդասիրական պարտավորություններին. պաերազմական հանցագործությունները երբեք չեն կարող արդարացված լինել»,- ասել է Կուրցը:

Հիշեցնելով 2016 թվականի ապրիլին շփման գծում բռնության պոռթկումը` նա բանակցային գործընթացում թարմ խթանի հույս է հայտնել: «Շփման գծում բախումներն ու հրադադարի լուրջ խախտումները, որոնք հանգեցնում են զոհերի, նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում առանձնակի մտահոգության առարկա են եղել մեզ համար: Ժամանակն է կենտրոնանալ պրագմատիկ և գործնական քայլերի վրա` հանուն վստահության մթնոլորտի կառուցման, ինչպես նաև առարկայական բանակցությունների վերսկսման»,- շեշտել է Կուրցը:

Այս համատեքստում Կուրցն ափսոսանք է հայտնել 2016 թվականի ապրիլից ողբերգական դեպքերի և գրանցված կորուստների համար` ցավակցելով տուժած ընտանիքներին: «Մեկ տարի առաջվա մարտերի հետցնցումները հայերի ու ադրբեջանցիների համար ավելի են դժվարացրել խաղաղությանը հավատալը, սակայն ինչպես ասել եմ բազմիցս` Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը ռազմական կարգավորում չունի: Մենք պետք է ծրագրենք խաղաղությունը հիմա և թույլ չտանք, որ պատերազմն իր բոլոր սարսափելի հետևանքներով վերադառնա»,- հավելել է ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահը:

Կուրցը գնահատել է դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպշիկի ու նրա թիմի աշխատանքը, որը դրսևորվել է  2017 թվականի փետրվարին, երբ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի միջոցով իրականացվեց հումանիտար գործողություն և վերադարձվեց զինծառայողի մարմինը (փետրվարի 5-ին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտու Իջևան-Ղազախ հատվածում ԿԽՄԿ-ի միջնորդությամբ կազմակերպված հանդիպման ժամանակ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի ներկայացուցիչներին է հանձնվել այդ երկրի զինված ուժերի զինծառայող Չինգիզ Սալմանի Գուրբանովի դին: Այն ՀՀ տարածքում էր հայտնվել 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 29-ին Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությա ն զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացված դիվերսիոն հետախուզական ներթափանցման փորձի տապալման արդյունքում -խմբ.):

«ԵԱՀԿ նախագահությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել կողմերի ջանքերին` 2016 թվականին Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի գագաթնաժողովներին ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների հետագա առաջընթացի ու կիրառման համար»,- եզրափակել է Կուրցը:
