Գյումրու և Սիանի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնները Համագործակցության հուշագիր են ստորագրել

Գյումրու և Սիանի (Չինաստան) տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների միջև կնքնվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր:
Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը հոկտեմբերի 1-ին Գյումրու Տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնին հանձնեց Չինաստանի Սիան քաղաքում կնքված հուշագիրը, որով համագործակցության հիմք է դրվում Գյումրիի «Տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոն»-ի և Սիանի «Ծրագրային ապահովման պարկ»-ի միջև: Երկու երկրների տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների միջև հուշագիրը կնքվել էր սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, Չինաստանի Սիան քաղաքում կայացած տնտեսական ֆորումի ընթացքում« որի մասնակցել էին Գյումրու փոխքաղաքապետ Վաղարշակ Մխիթարյանն ու քաղաքապետարանի մշակույթի ոÖ ‚ երիտասարդության հարցերի բաժնի պետ Արտուշ Մկրտչյանը:
Սիանի «Ծրագրային ապահովման պարկ»-ը ստեղծվել է 1998 թվականին և հանդիսանում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների Չինաստանի 10 լավագույն կենտրոններից մեկն է: Այն համագործակցում է Սիանի 1620 ձեռնարկությունների և նրանց 150 հազար աշխատակիցների հետ:
Քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը ողջունեց ու շնորհավորեց տեղեկատվական կենտրոնի պատասխանատուներին՝ միաժամանակ ընդգծելով, որ կնքված հուշագիրը մեծ հնարավորություններ է տալիս Տեխնոլոգիական Կենտրոնին և դրանով նաև Գյումրիին:
«Չինաստանը տնտեսական առումով հզորագույն երկրներից մեկն է, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների մասով հզոր ավադույթ ու զարգացում ունի: Մենք, հավասարության սկզբունքի հիմա վրա օգտագործելով իրենց առաջնային մուտքն ու փորձառությունը, կհամագործակցենք իրենց հետ և,ինչու ոչ, հայկական կողմն էլ կփորձի իր նորությունները փոխանցել չինական կողմին: Կարծում եմ՝ համագործակցությունը կստացվի: Թեևհուշագիրը միայն համագործակցություն է նախատեսում տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների մակարդակով, բայց հետագայում, հուսով եմ, որ նաևհնարավորություն կունենանք համագործակցել այլ ոլորտներում&raqu o;,- հայտնեց Գյումրու տեխնելեգիական կենտրոնի բիզնես-զարգացման մենեջեր Հրայր Արամյանը:
2015 հունիսի 8-ին Գյումրիում կայացավ Գյումրի-Սիան ֆորումը« որի շրջանակներում Գյումրին և Սիանը դարձան քույր քաղաքներ՝ ստորագրելով բազմակողմանի համագործակցության վերաբերյալ հուշագիր: Այդ հուշագրի ստորագրումից հետո Գյումրու և Սիանի տեխնոլոգիական կենտրոնների միջև Համագործակցության հուշագիրը առաջին տեսանելի քայլը կարելի է համարել քույր քաղաքների գործակցության ոլորտում:
