ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ Արմավիրի մարզի Երասխահուն համայնքում գտնվող 2066.6 քառ. մետր մակերեսով հանրակացարանային մասնաշենքը և 161 քառ. մետր մակերեսով վարչական շենքը նվիրաբերության կարգով կտրամադրվի այնտեղ բնակվող ընտանիքներին: ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը,  անդրադառնալով նմանատիպ խնդիրներին, նշեց, որ պետք է այս դաշտն օրինականացնել և բնակարանները հատկացնել այնտեղ երկար ժամանակ բնակվող ընտանիքներին: «Այժմ այդ խնդիրն օդի մեջ կախված վիճակում է, ոչ գույքն է մերը, ոչ դրա հետ կարող ենք որևէ բան անել: Չգիտեմ, բնակվող մարդը կոմունալ վճարում անո՞ւմ է, թե՝ ոչ, գույքահարկ վճարո՞ւմ է, թե՝ չի վճարում: Պետք է մարքել այդ դաշտը: Նման հանձնարարական ձևակերպեք, խնդիրը լուծենք, բայց հստակ հայտանիշներով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց Կարապետյանը:

ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ ՊՆ համակարգում ևս նման խնդիր կա: Նրա խոսքով, առկա է ծառայողական ֆոնդի 1200 բնակարան, որտեղ բնակվում են մարդիկ, ովքեր օրենքով ենթակա են բնակարանային փոխհատուցման, արդեն անցել են զինթոշակի: «Ոմանք էլ արդեն մահացել են և այդ բնակարաններում ապրում են նրանց ընտանիքները: Այդ հարցում եղել են շատ սուբյեկտիվ որոշումներ, օրինակ, անհատական տրամադրելու: Բայց 1200 ընտանիք օդից կախված վիճակում է: Մենք էլ ենք այդ գործընթացն ավարտում ու առաջիկա շաբաթներին ներկայացնելու ենք նրանց սեփականաշն որհման գործընթացը»,- ասաց Սարգսյանը:  

Ամփոփելով Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ պետք է գիծ քաշել, փաստել, օրինականացնել այն, ինչ կա: «Ոչ այդ գույքի տերն է կարողանում այն վաճառել, ոչ այնտեղի բնակվողն է գույքահարկ տալիս: Պետք է մաքրենք այդ ամենը»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը:
