Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Մինասյանը տեսնում է առնվազն երեք քաղաքական ուժ, որոնք դեպքերի ցանկացած զարգացման պարագայում ապրիլի 2-ին կայանալիք ընտրությունների արդյունքում լինելու են խորհրդարանում: Դրանք «Ծառուկյան» եւ «ԵԼՔ» դաշինքներն են, ինչպես նաեւ Հայաստանի հանրապետական կուսակցությունը:
«Այս պահին իրականում ինձ համար առաջնահերթ ինտրիգն այն է, թե քանի ձայն կհավաքի «Ծառուկյան դաշինքը»: Կախված նրանից, թե այն կհավաքի 20-25 տոկոս, կստեղծվի մի իրավիճակ. եթե դրանից ավելի ձայներ հավաքի, կլինի մեկ այլ իրավիճակ: Ինչ վերաբերում է «ԵԼՔ»-ին, նրան հաջողվեց գտնել այդ սանդղակը՝ ոչ միայն խաղալով ընդդիմություն-իշխանություն, այլեւ նոր ընդդիմություն, որը նաեւ ներկայացնում է ոչ միայն տարիքով բավականին երիտասարդ թեկնածուներ, այլեւ մոտեցումներով, այսինքն՝ մի ուժ, որն ինչ-որ կերպ պետք է փոփոխությունների խորհրդանիշ լինի»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:
Անդրադառնալով ՀՀ առաջին նախագահ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի հարցազրույցներին եւ հայտարարություններին՝ քաղաքագետը նշեց, որ առաջ քաշված դրույթները դժվար թե արձագանք գտնեն հասարակության շրջանում:
«Հաշվի առվելով նաեւ այն բացարձակ փաստը, որ նա հանդիսանում է իսկապես շատ հմուտ եւ փորձառու քաղաքական գործիչ՝ դրա հետ մեկտեղ ինձ մոտ այն տպավորությունն է ստեղծվել, որ Լեւոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի մոտ սկսվում է Սուրբ Հեղինեի կղզու սինդրոմը,այսինքն՝ քաղաքական կամ պատմական գործիչները կանգնում են խնդիրների առջեւ, երբ բուռն քաղաքական գործունեությունից հետո դա ավարտին է մոտենում: Մյուս կողմից նաեւ պետք է հաշվի առնել, որ կարեւոր չէ՝ ինչ դրույթներ նա առաջ քաշում, ամեն դեպքում դա նախընտրական մոտեցում է, որի նպատակն ի սկզբանե տարբերվում էր մնացած բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի մոտեցումներից: Չեմ կարծում, որ գաղափարախոսական առումով այն լուրջ արձագանք ունենա: Առհասարակ, եթե դիտարկենք, ապա այս ընտրությունները կրում են հետխորհրդային տարածքում գոյություն ունեցած ֆենոմենը, երբ քաղաքական ուժերի միջեւ պայքարը ոչ թե գաղափարախոսական հենք ունի, այլ ռեսուրսային, ինֆորմացիոն-լրատվական, ֆինանսական»,- ասաց Սերգեյ Մինասյանը:
