Իշխանության գալու դեպքում ՀԿԿ-ն կօգտագործի սոցիալիստական երկրների փորձը

Իշխանության գալու դեպքում Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը կօգտագործի ներկայիս սոցիալիստական երկրների փորձը տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու համար: Իշխանության չգալու դեպքում ավելի մարտունակ կառույցներ կստեղծի ու կնախապատրաստվի հաջորդ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմ ամբ՝ այդ մասին մարտի 30-ին կայացած ասուլիսի ընթացքում ասաց ՀԿԿ նախագահ Տաճատ Սարգսյանը:
«Քարոզարշավի ողջ ընթացքում մենք, որքան հնարավոր էր, ժողովրդին ներկայացրեցինք մեր ծրագիրը, լսեցինք ընտրողների կարծիքներն ու առաջարկությունները: Մեր ծրագրի համաձայն պետք է ստեղծել կոլտնտեսություններ, խոշորացնել հողերը, վերանայել հարկային և մաքսային օրենքները, վերականգնել արտադրամասերը, ինչպես նաև փոփոխություններ կատարել կրթության ոլորտում: Պետք է լուծել նաև տրանսպորտի խնդիրը, որ հնարավոր դառնան ավելի լայն ծավալով արտահանումն ու ներմուծումը: Մենք, իշխանության գալով, կաշխատենք օգտագործել այսօրվա սոցիալիստական երկրների՝ հատկապես Չինաստանի փորձը, որով կհզորացնենք տնտեսությունը հանրապետությունում»,-ասաց Տաճատ Սարգսյանն ու հավելեց, որ նախապատրաստման ժամանակ իրենք դաշինք կազմելու առաջարկներ են ստացել այլ կուսակցություններից: Բայց, քանի որ քաղաքական դաշտում չի եղել իրենց գաղափարախոսությունը կիսող կուսակցություն, չեն համագործակցել որևէ մեկի հետ:
Նրա խոսքով՝ քանի որ կուսակցության 70 տարի Խորհրդային Հայաստանը ղեկավարելու ընթացքում ժողովուրդն ապրել է հավուր պատշաճի, կարծում է, որ ժողովուրդը մոռացած չի լինի կոմունիստական կուսակցությանը: Տաճատ Սարգսյանի կարծիքով՝ ընտրությունների մասին նոր օրենքը հնարավորություն է տվել ընտրություններն ավելի արդար անցկացնել: Շրջադարձ է կատարվել նաև լրատվամիջոցների գործունեության մեջ: Քարոզարշավի ողջ ընթացքում դրանք օբյեկտիվ լուսաբանել են բոլոր կուսակցություններին:
«Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ ժողովուրդն իր քվեն կտա ՀԿԿ-ին ՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ գործ ունի 114-ամյա կուսակցության հետ, որն իր օգտակար դերն ապացուցել է դեռ նախկինում: Մեզ հաճախ են հարցնում, թե չնչին թվաքանակով ինչ կարող ենք անել խորհրդարանում: Սակայն ես կարծում եմ, որ մյուս կուսակցությունները ևս կկիսեն մեր ՝անվճար ուսուցման և աշխատատեղեր ստեղծելու ցանկությունը և կաջակցեն այդ օրենքների ընդունմանը: Թեև Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը չհայտնվեց նախորդ երեք Ազգային ժողովներում, բայց չընկճվեց, մենք մոբիլիզացրինք մեր ուժերը՝ նախապատրաստվելու 2017թ. խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին: Այս ընտրությունները չանցնելու դեպքում ևս ավելի մարտունակ կառույցներ կստեղծենք, կնախապատրաստվենք հաջորդ ընտրություններին և իշխանության կվերադառնանք քաղաքակիրթ ձևով,- եզրափակեց Տաճատ Սարգսյանը:
