Կառավարությունը կիրականացնի երիտասարդ ու բազմազավակ ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդիրների լուծման հստակ քայլեր

Կառավարության նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն անդրադարձավ բնակարանային խնդիր ունեցող բազմազավակ ու երիտասարդ ընտանիքներին պետական աջակցություն տրամադրելուն։ «ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի կողմից կատարվել էին ուսումնասիրություններ անավարտ շենք-շինությունների վերաբերյալ ու ներկայացվել էին դրանք ավարտին հասցնելու լուծումներ& raquo;,- նշեց Կարապետյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում վեր են հանվել խնդիրներ մարզերում բազմազավակ ընտանիքների բնակարանային պայմանների վերաբերյալ։
«Առկա են բողոքներ նաև մարզերում բնակվող երիտասարդ ընտանիքների կողմից բնակարան ձեռք բերելու ֆինանսական բեռի վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը։ Կառավարության ղեկավարը ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահին հանձնարարեց երկամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել արդեն իսկ ուսումնասիրված մարզերում տեղակայված անավարտ շինությունների ավարտին հասցնելու հստակ իրատեսական ժամանակացույց ու այդ շենքերում բազմզավակ ընտանիքներին բնակարան ձեռք բերելու սոցիալական աջակցության տրամադրման վերաբերյալ առաջարկություն։
Կարեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ բոլոր մարզպետներին հանձնարարեց մեկամսյա ժամկետում կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել բնակարանային խնդիր ունեցող բազմազավակ ընտանիքների վերաբերյալ տվյալներ։ «ՀՀ ֆինանսների ու տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարներին հանձնարարում եմ երկամսյա ժամկետում համատեղ քննարկել ու գնահատելով ռիսկերը՝ կառավարության աշխատակազմ ներկայացնել կարծիք եկամտային հարկի մասին օրենքով նախատեսված պետության կողմից բնակարանի ձեռք բերման հիպոթեքային վարկերի սպասարկման տոկոսների մարման մեխանիզմները ՀՀ մարզերում հշվառված ու փաստացի բնակվող երիտասարդ ընտանիքների ն մարզերում բնակարանի ձեռք բերման հնարավորության վերաբերյալ»,-ընդգծեց վարչապետը։
Կարեն Կարապետյանի հանձնարարականից հետո Պաշտպանության նախարար Վիգեն Սարգսյանը խնդրեց այդ հանձնարարականն ուղղել նաև Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը:«Որովհետև տվյալ ծրագիրը, որի մասին խոսում էինք, ուղիղ կապ ունի առաջնագծում ծառայությունն ավելի գրավիչ դարձնելու հետ, պետք է քայլերը շաղկապենք միմյանց հետ»,-ասաց Վիգեն Սարգսյանը։
