Ֆրիտտատա
Ֆրիտտատան իտալական ձվածեղ է, որը պատրաստվում է պանրից, բանջարեղենից, մսից կամ երշիկից պատրատված միջուկով։ Այն առանձնանում է նրբաճաշակ համային լուծումներով։
Պաշոտ
Սս ավանդական ֆրանսիական ճաշատեսակ է, որը պատրաստվում է «պաշոտ» կերպով եփված ձվով։ Այսպիսի պատրաստման արդյունքում ստացվում է հեղուկ դեղնուց, որը պարփակված է սպիտակուցի բարակ շերտում։ Այս ճաշատեսակը կարելի է մատուցել թոստ արված հացով՝ պանրի, լոլիկի և նրբերշիկի ուղեկցությամբ։
Օրսինի
Սա շատ անսովոր և բարդ բաղադրատոմս է։ Այս ճաշատեսակը իտալական խոհանոցի գոհարներից է, որը մատուցվում է պանրի և բանջարեղենի ուղեկցությամբ։
Կոկոտ
Կոկոտ ձվերը եփվում են հատուկ չափաբաժնային տարաներում։ Ավելացվում է միս, ապխտած միս, բանջարեղեն և սունկ։ Տարաներում սկզբում դնում են միջուկը, իսկ հետո վրան ձու են կոտրում։ Դրանից հետո ճաշատեսակը դնում են վառարանը կամ շոգեխաշում։
