ՄԻԵԴ-ն ապրիլին Ադրբեջանի ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ 23 գործի քննություն է սկսել

Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանը սկսել է ապրիլի 2-ին Արցախի հետ շփման գծում Ադրբեջանի սանձազերծած ռազմական գործողությունների ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված ռազմական հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ 23 գործի քննություն: «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց փաստաբան Արա Ղազարյանը, ով նույնպես ներգրավված է իրավաբան-իրավապաշտպանների խմբում, որը ադրբեջանա կան զինված ուժերի կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիական բնակչության և զինծառայողների իրավունքների խախտումների առնչությամբ մի խումբ գանգատներ էր ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ:
«ՄԻԵԴ-ը սկսել է գործերի քննությունը, որը ներառում է եւ վարույթ ընդունելու հարցը, եւ գանգատի էությունը: Չեմ կարող մասնավորեցնել կոնկրետ գործեր, որովհետեւ որոշ գանգատների համար ՄԻԵԴ-ը գաղտնիություն է տվել»,-ընդգծեց փաստաբանը՝ հիշեցնելով, որ այս գործերով աշխատել են 2016 թվականի հուլիսից մինչեւ 2017 թվականի փետրվարը:
Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ընթացքում հայ զինծառայողների և քաղաքացիական անձանց իրավունքների պաշտպանության հետ կապված ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի 700-ից ավելի հայց է ներկայացվել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան:
