Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի վերջին ելույթը շատ հստակ էր և պարունակում էր մեսիջներ թե արտաքին, թե ներքին լսարանին: Մարտի 29-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ասաց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը: «Արտաքին լսարանին ուղղված էին այն մեսիջները, որ վերջին տարիներին մենք բավականին վերազինվել ենք, ու արդեն այսօր մեր առաջնագիծն ավելի ամուր է: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն Ա րցախի անվտանգության երաշխավորն է ու Հայաստանը ջանք չի խնայելու Արցախի անվտանգության ապահովման գործում: Եթե դրա համար անհրաժեշտ լինի դիմել «Իսկանդեր»-ի օգնությանը, մենք դա կանենք»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Շարմազանովը:
Նրա խոսքով` ՀՀ Նախագահի ելույթում ներքին լսարանին ուղղված մեսիջն այն էր, որ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է ներքին կայունություն, որ անվտանգությունը մեզ համար մնում է ամենակարևոր հարցերից մեկը: «Մենք պետք է կարողանանք հասկանալ, որ առանց կայուն անվտանգության համակարգի, չենք կարող խոսել տնտեսական և սոցիալական բարեփոխումներից»,- նշեց Շարմազանովը` հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն ամեն ինչ անելու է ՀՀ անվտանգության կայուն համակարգ ձևավորելու համար:
ԱԺ փոխնախագահն անդրադարձավ նաև «Ժառանգություն» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանի հայտարարությանը, թե ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն Արցախում ունեցած ելույթով արձանագրել է, որ ինքն անփոխարինելի է: «Նախ պետք է ասեմ, որ ես այդ կարծիքին չեմ: Պատմությունն է ցույց տալիս` ով է անփոխարինելի, ով ոչ: Բայց մի բանում կարող եմ համաձայնել պարոն Հովհաննիսյանի հետ, որ լինում են անփոխարինելի գործիչներ: Ինքն, օրինակ, անփոխարինելի է մի բանում. քաղաքական կապիտալը մսխելու գործում պարոն Հովհաննիսյանը չեմպիոն է: Այս իմաստով նա անփոխարինելի է: Դժվար է Հայաստանում գտնել մի քաղաքական գործիչ, ով այդքան կարճ ժամանակահատվածում այդքան մեծ քաղաքական կապիտալը մսխեց»,- եզրափակեց Շարմազանովը:
