Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ Իլհամ Ալիևի հրամանագրով պաշտոնից ազատվել են Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի առաջին տեղակալ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Էյվազ Ջաֆարովը, օպերատիվ կառավարման գլխավոր վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Էլբրուս Օրուջևը և գնդապետ Մուրադ Համիդովը։

Ըստ տեղեկությունների` պաշտոնազրկվածների շարքում են նաև երկու բարձրաստիճան գեներալներ, որոնց տվյալները դեռևս հայտնի չեն։

Նշված տեղեկությոնները բավականին հետաքրքիր և լուրջ հետևությունների տեղիք են տալիս, ըստ որի՝ փետրվարյան մի քանի անհաջող դիվերսիոն գործողությունները և անիմաստ սահմանային լարվածությունը հիստերիայի է հասցրել Ալիևին:

Կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ «անհայտ գեներալները» ծառայում էին կամ հատուկ նշանակության ուժերում կամ Ակնայի ու Մարտունու ուղղությամբ տեղակայված բանակային զորամիավորման կազմում, որտեղ տեղի էին ունեցել հայկական զորամիավորումների պատժիչ «սանկցիաները»:

Սա նաև խոսում է այն մասին, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահն ուղղակի չներեց պաշտպանության նախարարության բացթողումներն ու թերի գործելաոճը: Ալիևը փաստացի ընդունում է, որ առաջնագծում ամբողջովին «правал» է եղել և իր գեներալիտետը լուրջ «промох» է տվել:

Կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ այսպիսի «հարկադրաբար» պաշտոնանկությունների մենք առաջիկայում դեռևս շատ ականատես կլինենք:
