Սիրիայի ճգնաժամը բեկումնային պահի Է հասել, եւ միջազգային հանրակցությունն սկսում Է ավելի լավ հասկանալ մերձավորարեւելյան այդ երկրում տեղի ունեցող իրադարձությունները:Այս կարծիքը հայտնել Է Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջավադ Զարիֆը՝ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին ելույթ ունենալով ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ մերձավորարեւելյան խնդիրներին նվիրված նիստում:
«Սիրիայի ճգնաժամը բեկումնային պահի Է հասել: Մենք ոգեշնչված ենք այն բանից, որ տեղի ունեցող իրադարձություններն ավելի ու ավելի իրատեսորեն են ընկալվում»,-ասել Է նախարարը: Նա հավաստիացրել Է, որ Թեհրանը կշարունակի ջանքեր գործադրել հակամարտության դադարեցման համար, եւ կոչ Է արել բոլոր կողմերին՝ «աջակցել ներսիրիական քաղաքական կարգավորմանը, որը միակ ելքն Է ստեղծված իրադրությունից»:
Զարիֆը արմատական գաղափարներն ու միջկրոնական թշնամանքը գնահատել Է որպես «ընդհանուր մարտահրավերներ, որոնք բոլորին են սպառնում տարածաշրջանում ու նրա սահմաններից դուրս», ինչպես նաեւ պահանջում են համատեղ պատասխան գործողություններ: Նա հիշեցրել Է ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի միասնական ճակատ ստեղծելու, ինչպես նաեւ այդ ուղղությամբ գործողությունների համապարփակ ծրագիր կազմելու վերաբերյալ Իրանի նախագահի կոչի մասին, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը
