Էդինբուրգի համալսարանի  սրտաբանական կենտրոնի բժշկական քոլեջի մասնագետները  նշել են   գիտական հետազոտությունների հիման վրա ձևավորված հիպերտոնիայով հիվանդների առողջության գլխավոր կանոնները:

Ինչպես նշում է med2.ru-ն, մասնագետների խորհուրդները կօգնեն  կանգնեցնել  հիպերտոնիայի զարգացումն այն մարդկանց մոտ, ում մոտ ճնշման հետ կապված խնդիրները դեռ նոր են զարգանում:

1.Ընտելացրեք ձեզ նրան, որ հարկավոր է  պարբերաբար չափել ճնշումը: Տոնոմետր հարկավոր է  գնել 35 տարեկանից հետո, սակայն ոմանց մոտ ճնշման հետ կապված խնդիրները սկսում են արդեն 30 տարեկանում: Եթե զգում եք թուլություն, գլխում տհաճ զգացողություններ, սրտխառնոց, ապա չափեք ճնշումը:

2. Կառավարեք ձեր քաշը. մարմնի ավելորդ քաշը նպաստում է ճնշման բարձրացմանը, բացի այդ, հայտնի է, որ 3-4 կգ նիհարելը նպաստում է   ճնշման 3-4 մմ ս․ս նվազմանը:

3. Շաբաթական գոնե մեկ անգամ, քրտնելու աստիճան զբաղվեք սպորտով: Ապացուցված է, որ քրտնարտադրությունը դրական է ազդում օրգանիզմի վրա, այն թեթևացնում է  երիկամների ծանրաբեռնվածությունն ու մարզում է անոթները:

4. Եթե ճնշումը սկսել է բարձրանալ, սակայն չի գերազանցում 140 մմ.ս.ս., ապա օգտագործեք միզամուղ հատկությամբ  դեղաբույսեր:

5.  Աշխատեք հնարավորինս քիչ աղ օգտագործել:

6. Եվ ևս մեկ խորհուրդ. եթե ձեզ բժիշկը նշանակել է հիպերտոնիայի դեմ պայքարող դեղամիջոցներ, ապա շատ կարևոր է այն կանոնավոր օգտագործել և ոչ թե այն ժամանակ, երբ ձեզ վատ կզգաք:
