ՀԾԿՀ-ն որոշում կայացրեց ՀԷՑ-ը «Տաշիր Գրուպին» վաճառելու մասին

Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովն այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, ն որոշում կայացրեց «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության 100 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերը ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Սամվել կարապետյանին պատկանող «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբին վաճառելու մասին: ՀԾԿՀ որոշումը կայացվել է «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ Հոլդինգ Բի. Վի.» ընկերության եւ «ՀԷՑ»-ի՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ի եւ 25-ի հայտարարությունների հիման վրա:
«Ինտեր ՌԱՕ»-ի եւ «Տաշիր Գրուպի» միջեւ կնքված պայմանագրի համաձայն «ՀԷՑ»-ի 100 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերը վաճառվել են «Լիորմանդ Հոլդինգզ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերությանը: Գործարքի արժեքը չի հրապարկվում:
ՀՀկառավարության առջեւ գործարքի երաշխավոր է հանդես գալիս ռուսական «Կասկադ էներգացանցեր» ընկերությունը:
Նկատենք, սակայն, որ այդ ընկերությունը գործարքի կողմերից անկախ ընկերություն չէ, այլ ներառված է «Տաշիր Գրուպի» մեջ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Տաշիր Գրուպը» հաջորդ տարվա ընթացքում սեփական միջոցների հաշվին՝ ՀՀ կառավարության հետ պարիտետային սկզբունքով, կփոխհատուցի բարձրացած եւ մինչեւ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 1-ը գործող սակագնի տարբերությունը՝ բնակչության եւ փոքր բիզնեսի համար։
