Նոր Հաճնում սպանության դեպքով պարզվել են էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ

Նոր Գեղի գյուղում հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դի՝ հրազենային երկու վնասվածքով. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել՝ Նոր Հաճնի բնակիչ, 46-ամյա Վախթանգ Մարգարյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Քննչական կոմիտեի լրատվական ծառայությունը:
2017թ. մարտի 28-ին՝ ժամը 13-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել առ այն, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղի գյուղի Ազատամարտիկների փողոցում կայանված ավտոմեքենայում տղամարդու դի կա:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը՝ ՀՀ ՔԿ Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Մհեր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ՝ Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղի գյուղի Ազատամարտիկների փողոցի թիվ 46 տան դիմաց կայանված «Հունդայի Սոնատա» մակնիշի 10DO500 հ/հ ավտոմեքենայում, հայտնաբերվել է տղամարդու դի՝ գլխի շրջանում հրազենային 2 վնասվածքով։ Պարզվել է տուժողի ինքնությունը, ով հանդիսանում է Նոր Հաճնի բնակիչ, 25.12.1970թ. ծնված Վախթանգ Մարգարյանը։ Ավտոմեքենայի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի երկու պարկուճ և 1 գնդակ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ, 235-րդ հոդվածների հատկանիշներով, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական, դատաձգաբանական և դատակենսաբանական փորձաքննություններ:
Քրեական գործով մշակվել են աշխատանքային վարկածներ, որոնք ստուգելու ուղղությամբ իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ, որոնց արդյունքում պարզվել են քրեական գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ։
