Տղամարդիկանց  ավելի քան 60%-ը ու կանաց  20%-ից ավելին, իրենց կյանքի որոշակի շրջանում  բախվում են  մազաթափության խնդրի հետ: Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում մասնագետների կողմից ընտրված բնական միջոցներ, որոնք կօգնեն պայքարել այդ տհաճ երևույթի դեմ:

Դդմի սերմերի յուղ

Հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ 24 շաբաթվա ընթացքում,  օրական   400 մլ կամ 4 պարկուճ դդմի սերմերի յուղի օգտագործումն օգտակար է ոչ միայն մազաթափության,  այլ նաև դրանց աճի խթանման համար: Հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են 76 տղամարդ: 24 շաբաթ անց  40%-ի մոտ բարձրացել է մազերի աճի   մակարդակը:

Խաղողի կորիզների էքստրակտ

Ճապոնացի գիտնականները հայտնաբերել են, որ խաղողի կորիզների էքստրակտը կարող է օգտակար լինել մազաթափության դեմ պայքարի  և նրանց աճի խթանման համար: Այդ էքստրակտում պարունակվում  է վիտամին Е, ֆլավոնոիդ, լինոլեային թթու, և այլ բաղադրիչներ: Սակայն այդ էքստրակտով  պարկուճների չարաշահումը կարող է առաջացնել կողմնակի ազդեցություններ՝ գլխապտույտ, սրտխառնոց, գլխացավ ու զարկերակային ճնշման բարձրացում:

Կանաչ թե

Կորիացի գիտնականները հավատացնում են, որ կանաչ թեյը կանխում է անդրոգենետիկ ալոպեցիայի առաջացումն ու օգնում է բուժել այդ խանգարումը: Այն պարունակում է էպիգալոկատեխին-3-գալատ, որը հանդիսանում է մազերի աճը խթանող հիանալի միջոց: Կանաչ թեյը կարելի է ոչ միայն խմել, այլ նաև քսել գլխի վրա:

Մարդարմատ (ժենշեն)

Կորեացի գիտնականների կատարած փորձերը ցույց են տվել, որ այս բույսը կանխում է մազերի վնասումը: Այն խթանում է գլխի մաշկի  արյան հոսքն ու ապահովում է մազերի աճը: Այս բույսի էքստրակտը հասանելի է դեղապարկուճի ու փոշու տեսքով, իսկ օրական թույլատրելի չափաքանակը համարվում է 100-ից 200 գրամ: Սակայն ժենշենի էքստրակտը խտացնում է արյունը, այն նաև ունի այլ կողմնակի ազդեցություններ, ինչպես օրինակ փորլուծությունը, փսխումն ու գլխացավերը: Այդ պատճառով այն օգտագործելուց առաջ լավ կլինի խորհրդակցել բժշկի հետ:

Գաճաճ պալմա (Со Пальметто)

Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ սո Պալմետոն (գաճաճ պալմա, որի մրգերից պատրաստվում է էքստրակտը) արդյունավետ է անդրոգենետիկ ալոպեցիայի դեմ պայքարում, քանի որ այն խթանում է մազերի աճը գլխի մաշկի  մուգ հատվածներում: Այդ հետազոտությանը մասնակցել են չափավոր ալոպեցիայից մինչև սուր ալոպեցիայով տառապող  100 տղամարդիկ: Հետազոտության շրջանակներում 24 ամիս շարունակ օրական 320 մլ էքստրակտի օգտագործումը դրական արդյունք է ցույց տվել:
