Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգի ներդրման հարցերը քննարկվեցին մարզերի ներկայացուցիչների հետ

Մարզերի առողջապահության պատասխանատուների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ մարզեր կատարած այցերի ընթացքում բաձրացված հարցերին լուծումներ տալու նպատակով համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ է տվել։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:
«Ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները լուծելու նպատակով մենք մի շարք ծրագրեր ենք նախաձեռնել և ուզում ենք, որ դրանց իրականացման գործում արդյունավետ համագործակցություն ծավալենք»,-ասաց Լևոն Ալթունյանը` կարևորելով ծրագրերի և դրանց ընթացքի անկաշկանդ քննարկումները։
Նախարարը նշեց, որ առողջապահության ոլորտում առկա ֆինանսական միջոցներն արդյունավետ և խնայողաբար օգտագործելու լավագույն գործիքը Էլեկտրոնային առողջապահական համակարգը կարող է դառնալ։
«Մենք ծրագրի ներդրման նպատակով աշխատում ենք 450 բժշկական հաստատության ղեկավարների հետ, վերապատրաստել ենք 600 օպերատորի։ Ճիշտ կլինի, որ դուք, որպես հիմնական կառավարող օղակ, յուրաքանչյուրդ ձեր մարզում դառնաք այդ նախագծի պատասխանատուն»,-ասաց նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը։
Մարզպետարանների առողջապահության և սոցիալական ապահովության վարչությունների պետերը, ողջունելով առաջադեմ համակարգի ներդրումը, ներկայացրեցին անցած ամիսների ընթացքում իրենց մարզերում ունեցած ձեռբերումներն ու առանձին խնդիրները։
Բարձրացված հարցերի մի մասին նախագծի ղեկավար Վարդան Գևորգյանը և մասնագետները հենց տեղում տվեցին պարզաբանումներ։ Որոշվեց մնացած տեխնիկական հարցերի պատասխաններն ուղարկել էլեկտրոնային փոստով` մասնագետների կողմից առցանց ուսումնասիրելուց հետո։
Քննարկումների արդյունքում որոշվեց կազմակերպել օպերատորների ևս մեկ վերապատրաստում։ Նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանն առաջարկեց դրանք անցկացնել տեղերում, որպեսզի լուծումներ ու պարզաբանումներ տրվեն ոչ միայն տեխնիկական ու ծրագրային, այլև կազմակերպական հարցերին։
Պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց հաջորդ անգամ հանդիպել վերապատրաստումները կազմակերպելուց հետո։
«Վստահ եմ, որ ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրդ ձեր մարզում ղեկավարելով այս ծրագիրը` ճիշտ ազդակներ կհասցնեք թե՛ մարզի ղեկավարությանը, թե՛ կատարողներին»,-ասաց Լևոն Ալթունյանը` այս գործընթացում կարևորելով արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը։
