Հայաստանում չկա մի շրջան, որտեղից դուրս եկած գոնե մեկ միլիոնատեր չլինի. խոսքս հատկապես Հայաստանից դուրս ապրողների մասին է: Գնացեք նախկին ԽՍՀՄ երկրներ ու հարցուփորձ արեք հայ համայնքի շրջանում, հարցրեք, թե ձեր քաղաքում կան արդյոք հարուստ հայեր, ու միշտ նման մարդիկ գտնվում են՝ արթիկցի, մարտունեցի, ազատանցի, գորիսեցի, գավառցի և այսպես շարունակ: Այդ մարդիկ Հայաստանից դուրս կայացել են և տիրապետում են մեծ գումարների ու հաստատ որոշակի աշխատանքի դեպքում կարող են գումարներ ներդնել իրենց ծննդավայրում, իրենց համար մեծ գումարներ չեն 50-100 հազար դոլարը, բայց նման փողերով իրենց ծննդավայրերում իսկապես օգտակար շատ գործեր կարող են անել: Միշտ ասել եմ՝ թեկուզ իրենց կառուցած փողոցները, մանկապարտեզները, հանգստի գոտիները թող անվանակոչեն իրենց ծնողների կամ երեխաների անուններով, թող նրանց արածի մասին խոսենք բոլորս, միայն թե գումար ուղղեն իրենց ծննդավայրերին: Իրականում սա բանաձև է՝ գտնել ամեն շրջանի մեկ-երկու մեծահարուստ հայի ու կոնկրետ ծրագիր առաջարկել: Մարդիկ հաստատ կգան ու գումար կդնեն: Հայաստանից դուրս մենք հպարտանում ենք հայազգի մեծահարուստներով, նրանց ազդեցությամբ, մնում է այդ մարդկանց հետ ճիշտ աշխատել:
