Շրջանառության մեջ կդրվեն սանիտարական անձնագրեր հաց տեղափոխող մեքենաների համար

ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը շարունակում է արդեն պարբերական դարձած հանդիպումները սննդի շղթայի օպերատորների հետ: Ծառայություն էին հրավիրվել հացի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտների ներկայացուցիչները, որոնց ևս մեկ անգամ ներկայացվել են ոլորտում առկա խնդիրները, իրավական կարգավորումները և անհրաժեշտ գործողությունները՝ արտադրական պրոցեսները ՀՀ օրենսդրության պահանջներին համապատասխանեցնելու համար, մասնավորապես՝ հացի արտադրությանը, մակնշմանը և տեղափոխմանը ներկայացվող պահանջները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Խոսելով ոլորտի առանձնահատկությունների մասին՝ Ծառայության սննդամթերքի անվտանգության և որակի հսկողության տեսչության պետ Վահե Դանիելյանը հաց արտադրողներին ներկայացրել է Մաքսային միության (Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության) տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերով ամրագրված պահանջները, մասնավորապես՝ արտադրանքի համապատասխանության գնահատման ընթացակարգերը, համաձայն որոնց 2017թ. հունվարի 2-ից հացը ենթակա է համապատասխանության հայտարարագրման:
Պարոն Դանիելյանը անդրադարձել է հացի և հացաբուլկեղենի տեղափոխման համար նախատեսված փոխադրամիջոցներին` ներկայացնելով դրանց ներկայացվող պահանջները: Նա զգուշացրել է, որ կամայական փոխադրամիջոցներով հացի և հացամթերքի տեղափոխումն այլևս անընդունելի է՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ շուտով շրջանառության մեջ կդրվեն սննդամթերք տեղափոխող տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար նախատեսված սանիտարական անձնագրեր: Միաժամանակ արտադրողներին ներկայացվել են սննդամթերքի փաթեթավորման նյութերին, բեռնարկղերին և հաց, հացաբուլկեղեն առաքող անձանց ներկայացվող պահանջները:
Բանախոսը արտադրողներին նաև հորդորել է, հացի ու հացամթերքի արտադրության համար անհրաժեշտ հումք և օժանդակ նյութեր (խմորիչներ, բարելավիչներ, սննդային հավելումներ և այլ բաղադրիչներ) ձեռք բերելիս, անպայման պահանջել և ունենալ դրանց անվտանգությունը հավաստող ուղեկցող փաստաթղթեր (համապատասխանության հավաստագրեր) և ձեռք բերման փաստաթղթեր՝ հետագծելիությունը ապահովելու նպատակով:
Բոլոր մասնակիցներին տրամադրվել են չփաթեթավորված հացի հետ առաքվող տեղեկատվական թերթիկի օրինակելի ձևերը, ինչպես նաև տրանսպորտային միջոցներին ներկայացվող պահանջները:
Հանդիպումները ունենալու են շարունակական բնույթ ինչպես մայրաքաղաքում, այնպես էլ ՀՀ մարզերում: Ծառայությունը հետևողական է լինելու ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ ներկայացված պահանջների կատարման նկատմամբ:
