ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունը կհամագործակցի «Լույս» հիմնադրամի հետ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը մարտի 28-ին մասնակցել է «Լույս» հիմնադրամի կողմից «Զարգացնենք Հայաստանը միասին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում կազմակերպված «Իրավունք և տեխնոլոգիա» կոնֆերանսին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Սուրեն Քրմոյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով «Լույս» հիմնադրամի կրթական ծրագրերի գործադիր տնօրեն Ժակլին Կարաասլանյանին, նշել է, որ այս կոնֆերանսը հնարավորություն կտա վեր հանել Այ թի և տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների առջև ծառացած խնդիրները և հավելել, որ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը և ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստակամ են քննարկել և լուծումներ առաջարկել տեխնոլոգիա կան զարգացմանը խոչընդոտող խնդիրների լուծման համար:
Նախարարի տեղակալն ընդգծել է, որ սա այն եզակի դեպքերից է, երբ ոչ թե հասարակական կամ ոչ պետական կազմակերպություններ են դիմում Արդարադատության նախարարությանը համագործակցության կամ աջակցության առաջարկով, այլ Արդարադատության նախարարությունը, իրազեկվելով միջոցառման մասին, ցանկություն է հայտնել աջակցելու այս նախաձեռնությանը:
«Արդարադատության նախարարությունը, վերջին տարիներին հանդիսանալով կառավարման և արդարադատության ոլորտում նորարարական գաղափարների և գործիքների ներդրման առաջատարներից մեկը, փորձում է ոչ միայն արդարադատության ոլորտում ներդնել կառավարման նորարարական էլեկտրոնային գործիքներ, այլև հակակոռուպցիոն ռազմավարության շրջանակներում փոքր և միջին գործարարության և «Ստարտապների» համար ստեղծել գործունեության բարենպաստ պայմաններ՝ ապահովելով նոր տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրման և զարգացման համար պատշաճ իրավական հենք»,- ասել է Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
Փոխնախարարը բարձր է գնահատել «Լույս» հիմնադրամի այս նախաձեռնությունը և հավելել, որ այն աննախադեպ է, քանի որ միավորում է իրավունքն ու տեխնոլոգիան:
Կոնֆերանսի ընթացքում կքննարկվեն հեղինակային իրավունքին ու մտավոր սեփականությանը, տվյալների պաշտպանությանը, տեխնոլոգիական ընկերությունների համար հարկային արտոնություններին ու ֆինանսական միջոցների հասանելիությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
