ՀԷՑ-ի նոր գնորդի օֆշորում գրանցված լինելը ՀԾԿՀ-ին չի մտահոգում

ՀՀ Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորղ հանձնաժողովին չի մտահոգում այն հանգամանքը, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերության նոր գնորդը գրանցված է օֆշորում: Հոկտեմբերի 1-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը ՀԾԿՀ անդամ Սամվել Արաբաջյանն ընդգծեց, որ իրավական առումով որևէ արգելք, սահմանափակում չկա, և ընկերությունն աշխատելու Õ § այն օրենքներով և պայմանագրերով, որոնք առկա են, և այդպես էր լինելու ցանկացած ընկերության պարագայում:
«Ես ձեր ուշադրությունն եմ հրավիրում նաև այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ կա նաև երաշխավորող երրորդ կողմը՝ «Կասկադ էներգոցանցեր» ընկերությունը, որն ունի էներգամատակարարման, շինմոնտաժային և նախագծման աշխատանքների բավականին մեծ փորձ: Այդ ընկերությունն էլ ՀԷՑ-ի կառավարման կամ շահագործման ընթացքում իր մեծ փորձով աշխատելու է: Այն մտնում է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի մեջ, և դուք էլ երեկ, հավանաբար, ծանոթացել եք տարածված հայտարարությանը, որից կարելի է ենթադրել, որ մենք այս առումով բավականին լավ վիճակում ենք»,- ընդգծեց Արաբաջյանը:
Նա հիշեցրեց, որ 2000-ական թվականներին, երբ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ում կրկին շատ բարդ իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել, ինչի արդյունքում ՀԷՑ-ը մասնավորեցնելու մասին որոշում էր ընդունվել: Արաբաջյանը նշեց, որ այն ժամանակ էլ ՀԷՑ-ը ձեռք է բերել օֆշորում գրանցված ընկերություն, սակայն 2-3 տարվա ընթացքում կարողացել է 30 տոկոսից ավել կորուստները գտնել, ֆինանսական, տեխնիկական,մատակարարման որակը հստակ բարելավվեց: «Դրա համար ես կարծում եմ, որ էական նշանակություն չունի, թե որտեղ է գրանցված ընկերությունը»,- եզրափակեց Արաբաջյանը:
Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորղ հանձնաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 1-ին կայացած նիստում թույլատրել է «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ Հոլդինգ Բի.Վի.» ընկերությանը սեփականության իրավունքով իրեն պատկանող «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության 100 տոկոս բաժնետոմսերը վաճառելու «Լիորմանդ Հոլդինգզ Լիմիթեդ» ընկերությանը:
«Տաշիր գրուպ» ընկերությունների խումբը սեպտեմբերի 30-ին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, որ պատրաստվում է ձեռք բերել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում «Ինտեր ՌԱՕ» ընկերության էլեկտրաէներգետիկ ակտիվները: Ինչպես տեղեկացրել են «Տաշիր գրուպ» ընկերության մամուլի ծառայությունից, այս առնչությամբ ընկերությունները պայմանագիր են ստորագրել:
«Գործարքն արդեն հավանության է արժանացել Հայաստանի կառավարության կողմից և ավարտին կհասցվի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի որոշումից հետո: Կողմերը նաև պայմանավորվածության են հասել առ այն, որ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ՓԲԸ-ն և «Հրազդանի ՋԷԿ» ԲԲԸ-ն կշարունակեն ողջ ծավալով կատարել նախկինում ստանձնած պարտավորությունները»,- ասված է «Տաշիր գրուպի» տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ:
