Վրաստանում ձերբակալվել է «Իգլա»-ի քրգործով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ 40- ամյա քաղաքացի

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից ստացված գրության հիման վրա Վրաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության Կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության աշխատակիցները Թբիլիսիում մարտի 27-ին ձերբակալել են ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ռոբերտ Ա.-ին: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ից, 1977 թվականին ծնված Ռոբերտ Ա.-ն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-ր դ հոդվածի 2-րդ կետի և 235.1 հոդվածի 2-րդ կետի առաջին մասով հարուցված քրգործի շրջանակում գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ:
Քրեական գործը մարտի 22-ին ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է ծանրացուցիչ հանգամանքներում ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք, այդ թվում՝ «Իգլա» տեսակի դյուրակիր զենիթահրթիռային համալիրի բաղկացուցիչ մաս կազմող, ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող «Իգլա» տեսակի դյուրակիր զենիթահրթիռային համալիրի արձակման խողովակ և նույն համալիրի «9М39» տեսակի հրթիռ, ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, Վրաստանից Հայաստան փոխադրելու և ռազմամթերքի մաքսանենգության դեպքերի առթիվ: Փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում այս պահին ձերբակալված են ևս 3 անձ, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Սամվել Բաբայանը։ Կենտրոն և Նորք- Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը Սամվել Բաբայանին 2 ամսով կալանավորելու որոշում է կայացրել։
