Բանակից հափշտակության հերթական դեպքն է բացահայտվել: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հայտնի է դարձել, որ ՊՆ N զորամասի իրային, պարենային և վառելիքաքսուկային նյութերի ծառայության պետ, կոչումով կապիտան Հայկ Խաչատրյանը 2015-2016թթ ընթացքում զինվորական համազգեստներ ու կոշիկներ է հափշտակել: Խաչատրյանը պահեստից վերցրել է մոտ 114 հազար դրամի 20 լրակազմ բամբակյա կեպիով կոստյում և այն 200 հազար դրամով վաճառել ՀՀ ՊՆ զորամասերից մեկի իրային ծառայության պետ, կապիտան Ժորա Հովհաննիսյանին:
Բացի այդ՝ նա պահեստից հափշտակել է 183 հազար 200 դրամի 20 զույգ ճտքավոր կոշիկ, որոնք, սակայն, վաճառել է Երևանի «Վերնիսաժ»-ում: Այդ արարքի համար նա դատապարտվել է պայմանական ազատազրկման: Իսկ Ժորա Հովհաննիսյանն էլ գողացված իրեր ձեռք բերելու համար դատապարտվել է 200 հազար դրամ տուգանքի: Հիշեցնենք՝ այս ամենը տեղի է ունեցել Սեյրան Օհանյանի՝ պաշտպանության նախարար եղած տարիներին:
