«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հարգելով Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Ռաֆիկ Գրիգորյանի՝ այս պահին արձակուրդում լինելու հանգամանքը, չենք անդրադառնում այն թեմային, թե իրականում նա ինչ կարծիք ունի վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի կողմից հնչեցրած՝ Ամերիկյան համալսարանում մարզպետների վերապատրաստում անցնելու թեմային: Ուստիև ներկայացնում ենք զրույցի քարոզարշավին վերաբերող հատվածը:
Խոսելով մարզում քարոզարշավի ընթացքի մասին, ՀՀԿ պատգամավորի թեկնածուն նշեց, որ այն լարվածությունը, որը կա այլ մարզերում, իրենց մոտ չկա և ՀՀԿ–ի բոլոր՝ 11 թեկնածուները հիմնականում միասին են անցկացնում քարոզարշավը:
«Ընտրողների շրջանում լարվածություն չկա, թեկնածուների շրջանում լարվածություն չկա և եթե լիներ, ապա մամուլը տեղեկացված կլիներ: Մեզ մոտ ընտրություններն անցնում են շատ նորմալ, կոռեկտ, օրենսդրության շրջանակներում»,– ասաց Ռ. Գրիգորյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ քարոզարշավի հանդարտ ընթացքի և մթնոլորտի մասին կվկայեն նաև մյուս կուսակցությունների ու դաշինքների ներկայացուցիչները նույնպես, քանի որ, ըստ նրա, քարոզարշավի մեկնարկից մինչ օրս նույնիսկ փոքր միջադեպ չի գրանցվել: Եվ սկսած կուսակցությունների նախընտրական շտաբների վարձակալությունից մինչև կազմակերպական այլ հարցեր, Գեղարքունիքում ընտրարշավն անց է կացվել օրենքի տառին հավատարիմ և համերաշխության մթնոլորտում:
Պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես է հաջողվում նախընտրական ընդհանուր լարված մթնոլորտը մինչև մարզ հասնելն այնպես չեզոքացնել, որ մարզում ոչ միայն նախընտրական լարվածություն չլինի սեփական կուսակիցների, այլև՝ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների միջև, Ռ. Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ դրա պատճառներն ավելի խորն են:
«Մեր համայնքների բոլոր բնակիչների նախնիները Արևմտյան Հայաստանից են գաղթել և արդեն 180 և ավելի տարի է միասին են ապրում մի վայրում: Հենց սա է հիմնական պատճառը: Բացի այդ, կարողացել են պահպանել բոլոր ավանդույթները, հատկապես՝ հարևանական և բարեկամական, որն էլ պատճառ է հանդիսանում, որ ավելի հանդուրժողական լինեն մեկը մյուսի հանդեպ»,– ասաց Ռ. Գրիգորյանը:
Նա նաև նշեց, որ ի տարբերություն այլ մարզերի Գեղարքունիքում դեմոկրատական մոտեցում են ցուցաբերում նաև բոլոր այն ընտրողների հանդեպ, ովքեր ցանկանում են բոլոր կուսակցությունների և դաշինքների քարոզարշավին մասնակցել:
«Անցյալ օրը «Ելքի» թեկնածուները մեզ մոտ քարոզարշավ են անցկացրել և մարդիկ նորմալ մասնակցել են: Կարող եք նաև իրենցից հարցնել: Ինչ վերաբերում է մեր թեկնածուների այլ կուսակցությունների քարոզարշավին մասնակցելուն, ապա ինչպե՞ս կարող ենք այլ կուսակցությունների քարոզարշավին մասնակցել, քանի որ նրանք իրենց ծրագրերն են ներկայացնում, իրենց խոստումներն են տալիս, մենք՝ մերը»,– ասաց Ռ. Գրիգորյանը:
