Ադրբեջանում իշխանությունը դատապարտում է խոսքի ազատության և ազատ արտահայտվելու ջատագովներին՝ հետապնդումների ու բռնությունների ենթարկելով նրանց, իսկ ահա հանրության մեջ դատի են տալիս իրար հրավեր ընդունելու և միջոցառմանը չներկայանալու համար: Վատ օրինակն էլ է վարակիչ լինում:
Այսպես՝ առցանց լրատվամիջոցներից մեկում կարդում եմ, որ Ադրբեջանի մի բնակիչ դատի է տվել իր հարսանիքին չմասնակցած 15 հոգու, որոնց չներկայանալու պատճառով ինքը հավելյալ գումար է ծախսել՝ հոգալով նրանց համար նախատեսված ռեստորանային ծախսերը: Ամենացնցողը, սակայն, հայց ներկայացնող կողմի մեկնաբանությունն էր, որ ինքը այդ 15 հոգու միջոցառումներին պարտաճանաչ ներկա է գտնվել, անգամ պարտքերի տակ է ընկել, որպեսզի հրավերը լիարժեք իրացնի:
Նմանատիպ դեպքերը օրինաչափ են Ադրբեջանում: Այդպիսի մի դեպք էլ եղել է տարիներ առաջ, երբ ամուսնացողի հայրն է 80 հոգու դատի տվել նույն մեղադրանքով:
Այս մարդակույտը ապրում է կենդանական բնազդին հավատարիմ և պոպուլյացիան չհաղթահարած կոմպլեքսի մշտական դրսևորմամբ: Իրենք էլ են համոզվում, որ իրենք անմշակույթ, անտրադիցիա, գառնարածների կաստա են, որոնք առավել շատ նման են իրենց կողմից խնամվող բառաչող կենդանիներին:
Վատը այստեղ ոչ թե նման տեսակի գոյությունն է, այլ այն, որ իրենց հինավուրց և բարձրաշխարհիկ ազգ են հորջորջում տարբեր միջազգային ամբիոններում:
Մենք շատ ուրախ ենք, որ Ադրբեջանում կենսաձևը պրիմիտիվության այս աստիճանին է:
