Հայաստանը պատրաստ է հավակնոտ ծրագրերի. առողջապահական 750 միլիոնանոց նախագիծն սպասում է ներդրողի

Հայաստանում ժամանակակից բժշկական կենտրոնի (500 մահճակալ) կառուցման ներդրումային ծրագիրը մշակել է առողջապահության ոլորտում գործող ամերիկյան հայտնի Միջազգային առողջապահական համակարգեր (AIHS-American International Healthcare Systems) կազմակերպությունը: Ամերիկահայ գործարարի կողմից ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարություն ու Հայաստանի զարգացման հիմնադրամ ներկայացված մեծ ենթակառուցվածքի կառուցման այդ ծրագիրն իր մեջ կներառի հիվանդանոց, ծերանոց, գիշերօթիկ դպրոց: Համաշխարհային դասի կենտրոնը կունենա նաև բժշկական դպրոց:
ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարության ներդրումային քաղաքականության վարչության պետ Վահագն Լալայանն «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ ենթակառույցը տարածաշրջանում կլինի եզակի և կունենա հնարավորություն հիվանդներ և այցելուներ ներգրավվելու նաև այլ տարածաշրջաններից, քանի որ այդ մեծ հիվանդանոցում պետք է ժամանակակից ծառայություններ մատուցվեն` ախտորոշման նորարարական սարքավորումներով, բուժման ամենաառաջադեմ մեթոդներով:
Վարչության պետի ներկայացմամբ` տեղակայման վայրը դեռ հայտնի չէ, այն կորոշի ներդրողը: Ծրագիրը ներկայացվել է մասնավոր հատվածի կողմից և դրա համար ներդրողներ գտնելու նպատակով հայտնվել է նախարարության ներդրումային հարթակում: Ներդրողների առկայության դեպքում կկազմակերպվի հանդիպում ծրագիրը ներկայացնողի հետ և էլ ավելի մանրամասն կքննարկեն ու կմշակեն դրա տեխնիկական հատվածը: Վահագն Լալայանը նշեց, որ ընդհանուր ենթակառուցվածքի ներդրումային ծրագրի արժեքը գնահատվել է 750 մլն դոլար: «Միայն հիվանդանոցը կարող է արժենալ մոտ 70-100 մլն դոլար: Այն ՀայաÕ �տանի մասշտաբներով մեծ հիվանդանոց է լինելու: Ծրագիրը ներկայացրել է ամերիկահայ, ով պատրաստ է նաև իր միջոցներից ներդնել, սակայն ամբողջը միայնակ չի կարող իրականացնել»,-ասաց նա:
Ներդրումային նախագիծը մշակման ու զարգացման փուլում է, քննարկվում է իրականացման փուլային տարբերակը: Ներկայումս ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների նախարարությունը և ծրագիրը ներկայացնողն աշխատում են այն ուղղությամբ, որ նախագիծը բաժանեն մի քանի փուլերի` սկզբից կառուցվի հիվանդանոցը հետո այլ ենթակառուցվածքները:
