Արտառոց դեպք «Հրազդան» ՔԿՀ-ում. «զոն նայողն» ու «Խուժանն» իրար դեմ են դուրս եկել

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «Արտառոց դեպք է տեղի ունեցել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գտնվող «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում: «Ժողովուրդ»-ին հասած տեղեկություններով՝ սեպտեմբերի 27-ին, ժամը 13:00 սահմաններում, ՔԿՀ-ի, այսպես ասած, «զոն նայող» Անդրանիկը ծեծի է ենթարկել մեկ այլ դատապարտյալի՝ ոմն Գրիշային, որը դատապարտյալների շրջանում հայտնի է «Խուժան» մականունով:
«Ժողովուրդ»-ը բազմիցս է անդրադարձել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում տիրող իրավիճակին եւ մասնավորապես «զոն նայողների» ինստիտուտին: Հայտնի իրողություն է, որ Հայաստանի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում դատապարտյալների միջեւ գոյություն ունի հստակ հերարխիա: Ամենավերջում կանգնածը տվյալ ՔԿՀ-ի «նայողն» է: Այս համակարգը, որպես կանոն, ՔԿՀ վարչակազմի կողմից հատուկ խրախուսվում է, եւ «նայողները», որպես կանոն, օժտվում են հատուկ արտոնություններով:
Ավելին՝ նաեւ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների դատապարտյալներն ու նրանց հարազատներն են շարունակում բարձրաձայնել քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում տարիներ շարունակ գործող «զոն նայողներ»-ի ինստիտուտի մասին, նրանց դրած «նալոգների» մասին: Շատ են եղել դժգոհությունները, որ եթե շատ մարդիկ իրենց հարազատներին ժամանակին գումար չհասցնեն, ապա նրանց կյանքը վտանգված կլինի:
Եվ, ահա, սեպտեմբերի 27-ին «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպը հենց այս ամենի վառ ապացույցն է:
Ըստ մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների` վերոնշյալ օրը «Հրազդան» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի 46 խցում բնակվող Անդրանիկը, որը, ըստ ՔԿՀ դատապարտյալների, «զոն նայող» է, դաժանորեն ծեծի է ենթարկել 41 խցի դատապարտյալ Գրիշային, ով առավել հայտնի է «Խուժան» մականունով:
