Մեր զրուցակիցը ՀՀԿ ռեյտինգային ցուցակով թիվ 4 ընտրատարածքում առաջադրված, 2-րդ համարի ներքո հանդես եկող, ԱԺ պատգամավորի անկուսակցական թեկնածու Հարություն Կարապողոսյանն է, ում ընտանիքում քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող մարդիկ չեն եղել,իսկ համաշխարհային մասշտաբի քաղաքական գործունեություն ծավալող ֆավորիտներ որպես այդպիսին չունի։

Քաղաքական դաշտը մտնելը թեկնածուին ընտանիքից չի խլել ու չի խլի, քանի որ, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, որևէ դաշտ իրականում մարդուն ընտանիքից խլել չի կարող, եթե մարդ ինքն իր կամքով դա չանի։

«Միշտ կարողացել եմ պահպանել երկու աշխարհների հավասարակշռությունը»,- վստահեցնում է պատգամավորի թեկնածուն»։

Փորձեցինք իմանալ, թե ո՞րն է եղել 2017 թվականի խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու գլխավոր պատճառը և որոնք են լինելու նրա առաջին քայլերը, եթե ընտրվի որպես պատգամավոր,-«Սա առաջին նախադեպը չէ, երբ ես առաջադրվում եմ որպես ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածու:

Իմ քաղաքական գործունեության ընթացքում ևս երկու անգամ ունեցել եմ նման փորձ: Ինչ - ինչ պատճառներով չեմ անցել խորհրդարան, սակայն սա երբևիցե պատճառ չի հանդիսացել հասարակությանը ծառայելու, իմ ժողովրդին ի նպաստ գործելու ցանկության ի չիք դառնալու համար: Բացահայտում արած չեմ լինի, եթե ասեմ, որ օրենսդրական գործունեությունն այն կարևոր գործիքներից է, որը թույլ է տալիս քաղաքական գործչին առավել արդյունավետ գործել ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում:

Պատգամավորական մանդատը ոչ թե անսահման իշխանություն է և անձեռնմխելիություն, այլ պատասխանատվության հսկայական բեռ, որ դրվում է այն մարդու ուսերին, ով գիտակցում է դրա կարևորությունը և պատրաստ է իր ընտրողի ձայնը տեղ հասցնել, բարձրաձայնել նրա խնդիրները և գտնել համապատասխան լուծումները: Ընտրվելու դեպքում՝ զբաղվելու եմ հենց այդ գործով՝ առավել օգտակար լինելով իմ քաղաքացիներին»,- ասաց Կարապողոսյանը։

Այն հարցին, թե անկուսակցական լինելը ընտրություններին մասնակցելիս առավելությո՞ւն է, որոշակի արտոնությո՞ւն, թե՞ խոցելիություն, պատգամավորի թեկնածուն մեկնաբանեց․ «Այս հարցը հաճախ է հնչում, և այո՛, ես անկուսակցական թեկնածու եմ, և դա հատուկ միտում չունի: Այդ տարբերակով ո՛չ փորձում եմ ավելի շատ քվե հավաքել, ո՛չ էլ հատուկ ուշադրության արժանանալ: Կարծում եմ կուսակցական լինել չլինելը չէ, որ պետք է ստիպի ընտրողին մտածել, թե տվյալ թեկնածում կկարողանա իրեն լիարժեք դրսևորել խորհրդարանում, թե ոչ: Եթե մարդ ունի հստակ պատկերացում առկա խնդիրների մասին, եթե մարդն ունի հստակ գիտակցումն այն բանի, որ պետք են արդյունավետ փոփոխություններ հասարակական գործունեության տարբեր ոլորտներում՝ սկսած առողջապահությունից ու կրթությունից՝ վերջացրած գյուղատնտեսությամբ և սոցիալական ապահովության ոլորտներով, գիտի, թե ինչ քայլեր պետք է կատարվեն այս ամենին հասնելու համար, ապա նա կարող է արդարացնել մարդկանց սպասելիքներն ու իր տեղը գտնել օրենսդիր մարմնում»,- ասպես մեկնաբանեց Հարություն Կարապողոսյանը։
